  • Please eat lightly 2–3 hours before dune bashing to help prevent motion sickness.
  • Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended, especially for self-drive activities.
  • Quad biking is self-driven and entirely at the participant’s own risk. Any damage, injury, or loss is not covered.
  • All safaris are conducted by licensed captains using insured 4x4 vehicles equipped with seat belts, roll bars, GPS tracking, and a first-aid kit.
  • Comfortable clothing is advised: light outfits in summer and a jacket for winter evenings.
  • Henna painting is optional; guests with sensitive skin are advised to avoid it.
  • Pickup takes place within 45 minutes before your selected time. Summer schedules may be adjusted for safety, and guests will be informed in advance.
  • During Ramadan, some entertainment may be restricted, typically limited to the fire show only.
  • Children under 12 years must ride camels accompanied by an adult.
  • All activities are weather-dependent. In case of cancellation, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.

This is a nice overall experience. Although you don't gonna have a camel ride there are there for photos. The driver Adnan is a nice and friendly person. The best part of this experience is the quad bike and the fire show.

Safari part is the best, the caravan of cars is awesome, nice music too. The food and show is also good. The quad ride is a bit pointless since it was in a very small area

Disappointing

PICK UP AND DROP OFF Was picked up from my hotel in downtown Dubai at 2:15 (trip started at 3:30) because we needed to pick up 2 more customers from a hotel 30 minutes drive outside Dubai and in the opposite direction of where we were going. It meant that on our way to start the trip and return 2 additional hours where added to the journey. QUAD BIKE Disappointing as i was under the impression that the ride would be in the sand dunes and not around a circuit. CAMEL RIDE Again very disappointing as the camel ride was just a very quick ride around the car park where the BBQ was held. In fact i timed the ride and it was under 4 minutes. I thought the ride was following a guide in the dunes. BBQ The food was good and warm and service was fine.

We are really sorry that you had bad experience with us. we will check with our desert team and take action about it. just i would like to say regarding quad bike we can not provide in open desert in this product as these quad bikes are for beginner. if you are expert we have another product with one hour quad bike in open desert. same i would like to say regarding camel ride we have different packages. as in this tour if we give you more then 10 minutes camel ride we will be late for dunes bashing and we finish dunes bashing before sunset. this is 6 hours tours in this we are giving you everything. if you want quad bike in open desert we have one hour quad bike package with 20 minutes camel ride in morning time. we are sorry for your bad experience. best regards zeeshan shah

Superbe après midi avec ce tour. Nous ne nous attendions pas à si bien à ce tarif. Le chauffeur, très simpatique et professionnel, est venu nous chercher à l heure à notre hôtel, direction le quad, un long moment nous a été accordé avant le trip en 4x4. La soirée était tout aussi bien, shisha comprise et superbe spectacle qui change du traditionnel.
