The driver didn't speak English very well but he was pleasant and helpful. The narration was done with a pre-recorded audio guide. We had just this one day in Dubai and it gave us just the overview we wanted.

Check that ‘hotel returns’ really are included in the price charged!

Tour was good apart from the fact that the tour description stated pick-up and return to hotel included in the price but when we boarded the coach the guide said ‘returns’ not included! As I was staying at The Palm Jumeirah, it was a long trek back to my hotel by taxi as we were all dropped off at Deira City Mall at the end of the tour!
