Driver not friendly and driving very dangerously during the transportation from Dubai city to where the desert was.
As soon as you arrive They bring you in a “friend shop” to but their product, they are all connected each other and trying to get as much money in any way they can.
not a single trace of camel ride or BBQ. Dinner was terrible unless you want to “upgrade”and then yes you ll have a BBQ meat(but why I have to upgrade if have paid for it already). Very sketchy and dodgy environment, please save your money!

The entire experience was great. Though we got picked up a little later than scheduled, everything went really smoothly in the end. The driver was with us the entire time and explained everything to us. There was some things you had to pay extra like they said if you want to do it like driving the ATVs and extra time on the camel. The food was great too. The show was very entertaining.

Massive scam. We were advised the experience started at 2pm with pick up. The driver turned up 40 minutes late blaming traffic even though everyone knows Dubai is notoriously bad for traffic! Whoever operates this then claimed he may have been picking someone else up before coming to us, however we were definitely the first pick up as the car was empty. We then went to pick up another group who were bitterly disappointed to find that there wasn’t enough space in the car to accommodate both parties. Who would have thought that a 6 seater doesn’t fit 7 people. After 30 minutes or so of troubleshooting we finally left the other party behind and headed to the desert. To which on multiple occasions all we heard were more blames of bad traffic. Might I add that if we left on time we would have missed school traffic. One might say that this driver has nobody to blame but himself. Once we got to the desert at around 17:00 we were kindly shown a total of 3 minutes of “dune bashing” and then hurried through a littering of money making scams. The camel ride is a total of 30 seconds and the show is an absolute embarrassment as far as representative of Emirati culture. It was more a mish mash of what you expect in a sleazy Bollywood movie accompanied by terrible Pakistani/Indian food and vendor after vendor pestering to sell you rubbish; from sand in a vase to shisha to alcohol (very authentic). Oh and the most magical was the disappearing act of the desert safari which never happened. We end the evening with another wonderful 3 minutes of “dune bashing” and then back home. This was by far the biggest waste of a day for an excursion. I would advise using the time to relax by the pool of anything else which isn’t this. I know it’s not a lot of money but take into consideration that you have spent probably for half board at your hotel which you aren’t utilising plus the value of your own time. I would consider the group that got left behind the winners in this situation and they probably got a refund!!!!

The whole experience was very well organised from start to finish. Lots of upselling going on but given the low price for the trip, you choose the extras you are happy to pay for. Overall super value for money and the shows were top notch, as was the food and dune bashing!

Driver put us on back seat and it was painful and uncomfortable since i am close to 6 ft. These guys are not professionals. It was a losing battle since they had no other suv for us to sit in middle row. Before you book make sure you sit in middle row otherwise you are going to just not going to enjoy anything. Overall, this experience is just hyped up. They did not even care to respond to me. Stay away.

Short changed , the basic package is. Not worth it then you forced to pay more on the stop to have a better experience but that was not worth it

The activities included on the tour are good. However, there is a long gap (almost 2 hrs) between the camel riding and the evening show. If the hotel pick up time can be pushed to an hour later, that will alleviate the problem.

The logistics were somewhat complicated and there were hundreds of people at the same location doing the same thing. We were picked up at our apartment then dropped off in the desert, where we switched vehicles. Then we did some dune bashing for a very short period of time until we arrived at the location to rent quads or dune buggies. That was additional money, of course, for only a short time in a small circle right there. Then we were driven a short distance away to ride the camels. That was supposed to be included, but a sign said to pay 30 AED to have a longer ride. They made us buy scarves to put on our heads which we didn't want and didn't like the option of scarves that they provided, for another 30 AED. We walked around in a circle for about ten minutes. That was the long ride. Then there was a falcon that you could hold for a few minutes for 10 AED. Everything was an upchsrge, and they rushed you around. We went inside the walls of the main hall. They're was supposed to be free henna, but the few one was super tiny, so we ended up buying a larger one for 40 AED. Juice was not free. I bought two juices for 30 AED each. They did have some Arabian sweets that were actually free that were similar to donut holes. There was a booth where you could buy silver or gold-plated necklace with your name in Arabic or English, which was kind of cool, but again, another upcharge of a minimum of 175 AED. The belly dancer and the fire shows were cool. The buffet dinner was very good. Alcohol was expensive to buy, of course. It was a nightmare traffic jam geyting out of there, as 400 people were all thing to take SUVs to go down a one lane road. Our drivers and guides were very nice and helpful. But it was disappointing that there were so many unexpected upcharges. There were also professional photos taken off the camel ride, but those cost about 150 AED additionally. It was a fun activity. Not enough time dune bashing or camel riding. We also did some sand boarding on a 30 to 40 foot sand hill, but you have to walk up it each time, which is tiring. The activities were fun and interesting, though disappointingly short. Just be ready to pay a bunch more money than you planned on.

After being more than one hour late, the driver brought us to a small shop in the desert where some people tried to dress us with traditional Arabic clothes and scarves. When we asked whether we need to buy these clothes, he pretended to not understand us. In the end, some people bought some scarves after being pushed hard by the personnel. Then we continued our trip to a camp where we could go quad biking, camel riding and dune surfing. All activities seemed to cost extra money, so we decided to wait until he came back for the dune bashing. He gave us no introduction to that place and could not tell us whether these activities are already paid for or not. After that we continued with the dune bashing which was actually fun. When the sun set, we drove to the desert camp for dinner. The drive to the camp took another 1.5 hours and included some off-road driving in the desert. We often had to stop because the driver needed to talk to some other drivers but we never knew why he stopped. In the end, we arrived late at the dinner location and missed the first dance performance. The food was good, but drinks were not free - we paid 20 Dirhams for one can of Diet Coke. During the whole trip we were not offered any free drink or water by the guide, despite one passenger constantly coughing. Also at the desert camp, people tried hard to sell you anything. When it was time to drive back home, some of us asked about the free / included activities from the booked package we haven’t done and the guide just replied that we should have done that at the first stop and that we will now go home. The drive back to downtown Dubai took approximately 2 hours, because we had multiple stops and the guide seemed to not know the way back through the desert. All in all, we were really happy when we finally arrived at the hotel late in the evening. Personally, I feel scammed by this activity and cannot recommend it.

1- The app you have is not user friendly.
2- I was asked for my address like 4 times, even thou I provided it when booked.
3- driver was late.
4- we were stopped to shop for items we didn’t need, time wasted.
5- we stopped again, so we book a quod bikes, which we weren’t interested with young kids.
6- we were forced to wait around for over an hour with no communication
7- Dube bashing was very lame, there was no bashing at all.
8- rushed instead of watching sunset
9- get to camp, rushed to eat and were told camel ride can be done later
9a- we had to cross the main road which was very busy, I had knee surgery so running was out of question with kids. This Is NOT a safe way of doing a camp.
10- food was terrible, it was served by fingers with no gloves ( and I’ve seen the toilets by now)
11- then rushed as we were getting picked up, when I reminded abt the camel ride I was told too late. That’s when I put my foot down and two adults didn’t do it only the kids, even then we were told, kids can’t go alone. That was a lie. Then they did. Rushed all of 1 min and 20 sec ride.
12- the car that was supposed to pick us up that we rushed for, we had to wait a 50 min for it. He wouldn’t even let us go to the loo.
I will not recommend this to no one.

Be ready to be taken on a ride! The drivers are not friendly, they take you to stops JUST so you can be hustled into buying stuff. The best part is when you finally get to the sand run and photos. That doesn't happen quickly. Don't expect a real camel ride. The ride you in a circle at dinner. Beware at the dinner they find ANOTHER opportunity to get more money and offer an upgrade to eat earlier. Dinner show is fun, food was pretty good, be the first in line. Lower your expectations a bit and enjoy for the price. Drivers don't communicate what's next, you will feel nervous about being out in the dunes without communication.

Do not expect anything that isn't the typical scam trying to get more money from you at every turn. If you order the package with food, expect to be hit with a surcharge so you can eat at a decent time. Everything is extra, be clear nothing is included
The camel ride is one circle 20 metres in diameter. Make sure you have a secure phone connection as well, otherwise you will be waiting an eternity to get home. Worst tour i could imagine and im not the only one saying it as half the people waiting for transport were saying only give it one star. Risk your money at your own peril. I will cancel every other tour with this provider because of this experience. WORST EVER!

Experience was very good, only 2 problems - driver was constantly on the phone right through the trip from pick up to drop off. Also, very long drive due to distance from main Dubai city - spent nearly 2 hours or more in the SUV traveling from one point to the other (Hotel - ATV rides - camp - hotel)
Tip - this tour is for the general seating area in the camp for dinner and shows, pay extra and upgrade yourself to the premium area - food comes faster and more comfortable

Just don’t do it…
We felt really unsafe!!
There was no guide, just a driver that was using only 1 hand on the wheel while the other one was texting or holding the phone ALL the time!!
We has arguing and shouting with the other drivers
We saw no camels, we didn’t do any sand boarding, just 10 minutes ride on the sand dunes by car and the place were we stopped for the photos was filled by 10 cars on the line…
We stopped for the motorbike, while we haven’t chosen this activity, well we paid extra for this activity and was fun, maybe the only thing that was worth. Then we were waiting for the driver for 40 minutes, we were texting him but no reply…
Then we went to the camp, we were doing circles for a long time before we got there, we felt we were lost, and then the experience there was not good. The place was full of garbage and our 2 teenager children didn’t touch the food…
First time we had a bad experience like that…

The experience was ok and was below my expectation. I had read loads of reviews before booking and I have to say what we got was far less than a lot of the good reviews on here.
We were picked up ahead of schedule from our hotel (which was great) and then made a detour to another hotel to pick another couple. This wasn't expected. The journey to the desert was long. We didn't get to do a few activities in our package like the henna and sand boarding. There was a lacking in direction as our guide was not with us so missed out on some activities. Camel ride took literally 2 mins or less and we were told we need to pay more to go longer on the camel. We spent 150euros more upgrading seating and buying necessities etc. Services people: photographers, jewellery sellers etc were constantly and repeatedly coming to our table to sell us stuff which we kept saying we were not interested.
The fun part of the experience was the dune bashing and journey to the desert, just because you get to see the city.
I'd advise you spend money booking with an operator that will offer a more personalised experience.
