We had scheduled a helicopter ride on a Monday morning, but the weather was not clear so we moved it to Tuesday. They communication was mostly clear and effecient from the staff and the ride was incredible. We really enjoyed it and honestly, the 17-minute tour was perfect for my family and I. I was very satisfied with the whole process.
The one area where they need to improve is the photo packages. They are outrageously expensive. $50 USD for 1 photo. If they were more reasonable, they would make more money because they would have more people ordering it. However, you can take pictures with your phone (no big cameras however) and they come out great anyway.
Hamza guided us excellently throughout the tour. Hamza was informative, entertaining and kept our 2 children (aged 4 and 8) engaged. We had feared that the tour would not be suitable for the children to attend with us, but we didn’t need to worry at all. They enjoyed it too. There were many aspects of the tour, and it exceeded my expectations.
Thank you Hamza, from the Knowles family!
The experience was fantastic! The staff very attentive and the food delicious! Just a suggestion…inform customers about the wind and possible cool temperatures so they can go prepared…beautiful panoramic views and the staff even take pictures and videos for us!!!! Thanks!
Our family had a wonderful time! The food and music were great, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The cruise of the marina was beautiful, and it was definitely a highlight of our trip to Dubai. Cannot recommend this cruise enough! It’s definitely worth it!
Awais was incredible! The tour was so fun & Awais is the main reason. He taught us a lot too. The quads for me was the best part as riding in the sand is a blast and you glide like butter. Awais took incredible photos of each person in the group individually too, and great photos with the best lighting and position.
We very much enjoyed our morning hot air balloon ride above the Dubai desert. The communication was good leading up to the excursion, coordinating pickup time from our hotel, and giving us info about what to bring, expect, etc. It starts awfully early in the morning, but in my opinion, it's worth it to experience this beautiful, peaceful trip, and to see the sunrise from the sky. Our driver, the hot air balloon captain, and all the support staff were excellent. Very friendly & helpful and our driver got some great videos for us!
Fair warning: It is definitely chilly in the desert bevor the sun comes up, so bring your jacket and warm clothing even if it doesn't feel cold at your hotel in Dubai city.
