Worst experience ever, do NOT BOOK with them if you want to have a good time in Dubai, they ruined our day, we were a family of 9 and we told them in advance that we required to be together , when they come to pick up us, the first half were taken and to other half they made us wait for one hour in front of the hotel, the driver was so rude forcing us to take the back seats when the ones in front were available, so basically we wait for one hour and we were getting the worst seats, seems this is another company ( from the one I just booked is just subcontractors and they just throw you in any other car available wich already has a tour so we did not enjoy at any moment together, after that, they dropped both Groups separately in the middle of the dessert and made us wait for more than 40 minutes for other car, under the sun with no instructions or heads up. On top of that the driver that was late was lying to us and to another family telling each other that we were late when the only late person was THE DRIVER. At the end the driver was rude and did not drop us in front of the hotel. Seems that they just try to get any car available for any other company without planning just what is a callable at the momnet( ITS BOT THE SAME CAR THE ONE TONPICK YOU UP AND THE ONE THAT take you to the dunes), also they said that sand dunes are included and it was not. to go into the dunes and if you are luck a truck that can take you in the dunesMake yourself a favor

There was a lot of rush in the desert due to the January first dates. Many people were going on safari, due to which there was a tunnel block there, due to which you had to wait there.
