Disorganised and rushed

Very disorganised, pick up was changed to an hour later, when we arrived another group was also there snorkling. The transfer to the "platform is by small boat and difficult to get into Took along while to get everybody to use the scooters (only 4 of them), was OK, but very short. They had to rush all the time, ran out of batteries for their camera and did not seem to know what they were doing. By the time all were done, rushed back to shore and then told we had no time to even look at pictures as mini bus had to leave. Have emailed to get pictures but no answer. - overall not recommended.

BAIT and Switch Tour

I put a complaint in for a full refund with the HQ area code 718 area code number 1) paid for a Scooba Doo only tour Meaning NO GLASS BOTTOM BOAT NO SNORKELING JUST ALL TIME SCOOBA DOO It started with a 2 hour ride on a smelly dirty van making 4 other resort stops We were first ones on by the time the last other passengers loaded it was shoulder to shoulder poor MINI VAN AC was Jon existent!!! 2 hours To the Aqua center that was only 13 minutes from our resort!!!!! I showed the tour operator my booking and he said NO ALL three our party of four refused to go on the shortened tour and I called NY VIATOR HQ LOGGED A formal complaint From the scuba center while there…. I demanded to Speak to a supervisor and put on hold twice the first customer service came back on and tried to tell me no supervisor I refused to hang up on hold for 30 minutes I took screen shots of the amount of time I was on hold Then the tour operator says ok I take you scooba Doo for 15 minutes Wasn’t born yesterday No way was I gonna take a tour that was suppose be 1-1.5 hrs on a scooba scooter for only 15 minutes Demanded we be taken back by transport to hotel I have booked numerous tours with aviator this was the first ABSOLUTE “Bait and switch “ operator and mis representation of advertising of a tour I ever booked

So when I got in the Scooby Doo, everything was OK until I start riding and then I started losing air and my cabin department felt like I was about to pass out, took me out of the water. But other than that, I believe it was a very good experience and I had fun.

It was my last day in Punta Cana, and I Purchased my experience, and it was confirmed instantly. The pick-up time was at 1:30, and I waited until 1:50 with no transport arrival. I then called the company several times, and Wilmeiry hung up in my face several times before finally texting me to tell me that they were full for the day and needed to reschedule me! This was AFTER my payment was processed, and when I inquired about my refund, she stopped responding. However, I contacted Viator, who refunded my money the same day. I am thankful for, at the least, the communication on Viator's side to get the problem squared away.
