Not what I expected but I LOVED it! It's an absolutely gorgeous little stretch of beach in front of a restaurant. Definite emphasis on "little" but it was so peaceful and beautiful. The service was fantastic- super nice staff. Definitely try the tamarind margarita! The chimichangas were the best I'd ever had. This was my favorite stop of the whole cruise - I really got to unwind and relax here. I'd definitely do this one again!

This is the second time we’ve taken this excursion, the price has tripled, and the snorkel boat tour was removed as an included cost, even though the details list it as an included option, now it will be 45$ extra per person.
The open bar and food will be cut off after three hours, and the wait staff wasn’t ever around. Premium liquors like patron were not included.
Transportation to the venue was supposed to be included, but was not, and now will cost you 5$ per person instead of the advertised 4$.
You would be better off just taking a cab to the beach, and paying the prices they quote you there.
We might have taken this excursion a third time if the service and amenities had been better, the snorkeling cruise chasing the turtles was the highlight of the first trip, but now we will look elsewhere when we cruise to Costa Maya. Double sad face emoji.

The “Beach Day” package you booked includes four hours of open bar (domestic drinks), food, and access to our beach facilities with complimentary use of snorkel gear within our premises. It does not include a snorkel boat tour — that is a different package, which is priced accordingly. During your previous visit, there was a misunderstanding by our team and you were mistakenly included in a snorkel tour not part of your package. We’re glad you enjoyed that experience, but we must follow the correct terms now to ensure fairness for all guests.
Regarding the price, we understand that costs may have changed since your last visit, but we have not tripled our prices. Any difference reflects updated rates and improvements to the experience.
As for the transportation, we want to clarify that no package on our Viator page includes transportation. Guests can arrive independently or take taxis from the terminal. We do not control taxi prices, and local drivers may adjust their fees independently over time.
Finally, the open bar includes a variety of standard domestic liquors, but premium brands like Patrón are not included in any of our advertised packages.
We value our returning guests and are truly sorry this visit didn’t reflect the positive memory you had the first time. Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we hope we can welcome you again in the future with a clearer and more enjoyable experience.

Establishment has changed owners and quality has gone way down. In the past you could drink all day and the food was amazing. Now you drink for 2 hours and one meal.

When we first arrived we thought we had been scammed. The place is run down, the water is muddy, the food on the “special” menu for Pre paid guests was ordinary at best. Customers who simply walked in were given a different menu and the food looked really good. The highlights of our visit were a massage paid separately and the homemade tortillas.

we are shamed to hear this, we traied to do our best, the colors water dependet of the weather, most all the time the color is transparent and cleary, we have two menus, one in english and other in spanish, we will trie to emprove for you

We were excited for this trip because it states there is snorkeling right off of the beach. We brought snorkel gear, flippers, and towels. When we arrived the beach was blocked off by a barricade and you could not even get in water deep enough to swim. Maybe there is a reef, but not one you can swim to from shore. Also, the tour started at a restaurant called La Catrina. In the description it states the tour starts where it ends. Well, that is also not the case. The tour ends at the restaurant at the beach. So if you would like to make your way back to La Catrina restaurant where the tour states it begins and on this website ends, make sure you bring cash. You have to get a taxi to actually get back to where the tour “begins”. The food was good, especially the guacamole. The guacamole was extra so we got our bill and left a tip for the waiter who then proceeded to tell us that we are also required to tip the kitchen staff. I’m not sure when that became a thing or if the waiter was just wanting more money out of us but honestly at this point we just wanted to leave. Especially since some man approached us asking to purchase our 16 month old son. Will never go back to this place. I literally only chose this place for the snorkeling advertised and that wasn’t even an option. Then between not ending the tour where it started, tipping the kitchen staff, and money offered in exchange for our child, we just had enough. We contacted viator who said they would look into it but that was over a week ago and we haven’t heard anything. Good food, incorrect advertisement. Just wish we would have chosen something else to do.

Very dangerous place, very dirty and unkep. I've traveled all over Mexico for many years and this was one of the most unsafe places I've ever been. Do not look for anyone to speak English or to be able to help you. I'm a real person and I live in Pensacola Florida

The service was very attentive. The ceviche was great. The sun was not out and the ambiance was not what we expected for the price. No swimming pool and the place was not at all what we expected. The massage was awesome! People nice though.

An awesome beach at a little restaurant. Food was fabulous with a very attentive staff that included all inclusive drinks. Massages were 1/4th the cost of the cruise spa prices and were very nice. Taxi outside the port took us to the restaurant and walked us up to our hosts. Get there early for the best seating options.

The was amazing, we had a cabana just for steps away from the ocean. From the moment we walked to our meeting spot Karla was there to greet us. Than Martene and Jacquie took amazing care of us and pampered us with anything we could have possibly wanted. The drinks were phenomenal, and the chicken enchilada was too good for words. Highly recommend, it is truly a little for spot of paradise!

J’ai passé une journée merveilleuse sur cette belle petite plage. Tout était parfait. Propreté des lieux, services, nourriture. Le personnel en place était très amicaux et très souriant. Pour une escale en croisières, c’est vraiment une belle excursion pas compliqué. Le seul problème rencontré, c’est se sortir du terminal de croisière et retrouver son taxi. Il faut absolument marcher jusqu’à ce que vous soyez sorti de tous les petits magasins et attrape touriste.
