    Don’t book with this tour operator-book with Tivoli

    This review is not about Tivoli Gardens. The park was great but the tour operators were rude as hell. They would not let us change our day within the timeframe so we could go take one of our four kids to a doctor appointment unexpectedly so we went to the gate and Tivoli let us change our days. Don’t book with this tour operator, book directly with tivoli

Regarding the date change, we’d like to clarify that your request was received after the tickets had already been issued and shared with you. As clearly stated in the booking terms, these tickets are fixed-date and non-amendable once issued, in line with Tivoli and Viator policies, which unfortunately left us unable to make changes from our side. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we truly sympathize with your circumstances. However, once tickets are issued, we are bound by the supplier’s policy and have no control to modify or reschedule them. We appreciate your understanding and wish you and your family all the best.
