Weather was on our side today, 17c and sunny blue skies, which made the perfect backdrop to see this stunning city via the canals. The guide was FANTASTIC. Light humour and interesting facts. Highlight of my Copenhagen trip.

For hearing impaired: the used earbuds to give information rather than use a live guide With microphone. I was able to view the sites, but not hear the commentary.

Get there early so you can get a good seat, although they are all good seats. This was a wonderful tour I highly recommend it.

We wanted to get an idea of what to do in Copenhagen, this was perfect an hour to cruise around the harbor and see places. The weather was excellent. The audio guides were not working so the captain explained the areas we passed, I think better than listening to a tape?

Pretty basic boat ride. I wouldn’t even call it a tour. The guide only gave warnings of hitting your head on the low bridges not one word of any other commentary.
Frankly, it’s not that interesting a waterfront, but it would’ve been nice to hear some stories to fill the time. They handed out headphones, but they never worked and he never said a word on the loudspeaker except watch your head. Keep your hands in the boat..

The plug in audio system didn't work too well, so Stephan gave us a live tour instead. He was interesting and entertaining! He sang beautifully as we passed under one of the bridges, and had the whole boat singing at the end of the your!

We unfortunately had no audio for our guide. We saw beautiful buildings but had very little knowledge about what they were. Our guide tried to add a few notes but only spoke one language and we did not get the history or guide we expected. Beautiful boat trip but no audio was very disappointing.

Great way to see the city. Booking on line was easy. Several languages were available for listening to the guide. I would highly recommend this tour, it gives you a great feel and view of the city. I would do it again if I ever come back.

Relaxed cruise tour with friendly and knowledgeable staff! Beautiful architecture, The inner canals were amazing. Easy to board and disembark the vessel.

The tour is an audio recording and no commentary was done by staff. Additionally the audio quality was poor and there was a loud hum the entire time which made it hard to wear the headphones.

Tour was fantastic, Julie was awesome! IMPORTANT: Viator does not give to correct time to show up for the boat ride. It says 5:30 but that is departure time, we showed up at 5:25 and could not get on the boat as we had to first go to the kiosk to get valid tickets as the viator provided QR code is not accepted. Get there early and have a great ride!

It was a fun way to see the city, but you need to be sure to arrive early to get a good seat. You want a seat on the edge. If you end up in the middle, it is very difficult to see anything on the tour. It is a fun way to see Copenhagen, but a lot of the seats on the boat aren’t worth sitting in.
