Extremely informative and funny tour guide. Certainly the funniest of any tour I’ve done (across dozens of cities). Was surprised how much I genuinely learned about the city, and different content than what you learn at the canal boat tours in Nyhavn. The guide (Conrad) also had some great tips for other activities and food.

Fun tour. I saw the most iconic Street in Copenhagen. It got me oriented to the city. Our guide was very funny. Really great tour.

Overview

Discover Copenhagen through honest storytelling, sharp humour, and perspectives that most traditional tours leave out on this comedy-led walking tour. From lore and princes to gore and perversions, hear stories from the city’s history that don’t make it onto the average brochure. You’ll also get tips on what to see next and what to steer clear of during the rest of your trip.
  • Stroll the streets with a humorous and friendly guide
  • Hear twisted tales from Copenhagen’s past
  • Service animals are welcome and tour is wheelchair-friendly
  • This tour is designed to be pleasantly offensive

What's Included

  • Guide
  • A generous dose of politically incorrect humour
  • Entrance fees (the tour is outdoors-only).

Meeting and Pickup

Meeting point

  • Statue of Bishop Absalon
    Højbro Pl., 1200 København, Denmark

Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour. We meet at Gammel Strand outside the Metro Station. Find the ORANGE umbrella! The tour is not guaranteed if you are not there on time/before it starts.

End point

  • Frederik's Church
    Frederiksgade 4, 1265 København, Denmark

We'll end close to the royal palaces (Amalienborg). Each guide has their own ending point, but the approximate area is correct. This is NOT the starting point! You will miss the tour if you head here instead of Gammel Strand/Bishop Absalon!

Great guided tour

James_F, Jul 2026
Thor was an excellent guide. Really knowledgeable and funny. The tour is called politically incorrect for a reason, so possibly bear that in mind when booking.

Ok for laughs but not too deep on history

Amy_K, Jul 2026
So this is a lightweight tour for people who want to laugh a lot of not necessarily dig too much into the history and architecture of Copenhagen. It was.... fine. More of a way to kill time than actually learn anything.

Thor is the ultimate tour guide—full of thunderous charm!

Jennifer_G, Jul 2026
Our superb guide, Thor, provided a hilarious, politically incorrect two-hour walking tour in the heart of Copenhagen. This experience promises pure enjoyment to anyone who takes delight in sharp wit and isn’t quick to take offense.

Magnum is very...

Anca_E, Jul 2026
Magnum is very knowledgeable. His humour is unique. If you get offended easily this tour is not for you. We enjoyed the tour, highly recommend it.

Roger lights up the history of Copenhagen

ANTONY_F, Jun 2026
Roger turned a stroll into a history lesson with lots of fun comments. It was terrific value for money

Tour with Thor!

Finally, a Walking Tour That Doesn’t Put You to Sleep

Andrea_L, Jun 2026
We had an absolute blast on the Politically Incorrect Tour in Copenhagen. Thor was funny, engaging, and clearly knew the city and its history inside and out. What I appreciated most was that the tour wasn’t just about shock value or telling inappropriate jokes. Thor shared the stories, traditions, and historical realities that often get watered down or left out of more polished tourist experiences. The humor was sharp and occasionally irreverent, but it always felt tied to the history and culture rather than being offensive for the sake of being offensive. We learned a ton about Copenhagen while laughing our way through the city. I had no idea Denmark had such beef with Sweden! 😆 If you enjoy honest storytelling, local perspectives, and a guide who isn’t afraid to poke fun at everyone equally, you’ll have a great time. Even my in-laws loved it, and I was nervous it would be too much for them! They even said they would look for more politically incorrect tours in other cities. One of the highlights of our trip to Copenhagen. Highly recommend!!

Great

Lene_J, Jun 2026
Very humorous and a great atmosphere. Conrad was a very nice guide and did a good job creating a friendly vibe with the group

Good tour - accomodated into another group when our guide called in sick.

Jessica_C, Jun 2026
We joined a different group as our guide called in sick that morning. But we had early and good communication about this. The guides were only somewhat aware that we would be joining their groups. It was a great time with a comedy-type tour. The guide had great recommendations for souvenir stores that offered more than the usual cheap rubbish, as well as for some nice local drinks and snacks to try. We were lucky to see the military band march past and the changing of the guard outside the royal palaces.

The best walking tour

Amanda_D, May 2026
This was the best walking tour I’ve done, perfect blend of historical information and humor. Our guide Jack has us laughing the entire time and was very helpful with recommendations after the tour was done. He even walked us part of the way we had to go and provided us with a tips and tricks list

Great way to learn about a new city with few laughts built in

Raymond_P, May 2026
Sherlock was an excellent guide and has quite a sense of humor. His knowledge of Copenhagen and quick wit really made this a worthwhile tour. I highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys a laugh while exploring a new city/country.

Quite Informative but Very Entertaining

Alison_C, Feb 2026
An entertaining and unexpected guided walking tour of the city. The language used by our guide, Sebastian, was very colorful and some might find his views very “un-PC”.

Quick tour of the city

Fun, but educational

Annette_C, Jan 2026
Enjoyable, fun, and a good overview of the history of the city and country. Our guide knew a lot about the countries of the people in our group.
