Good way ro see these attractions, plus a short ride thru the countryside. Started on time, easy to find location. Flemming was our tour guy, made the trip enjoyable. Each stop had cafes, and Flemming also had water so no need to bring your own (nice touch). Shuttle van was excellent, clean, safe, and managable group of about 20 people. Would definitely recommend.

This is a full day of learning and very interesting. Highly recommend - Rene was Super Fantastic! He has some opinions about Sweden - which were interesting. Great trip - lots to explore and well worth it. It is a full day's journey with narration almost the entire trip. Fascinating!

Incredible day trip! Guide Kenneth was great, so knowledgeable about Denmark, its history, and the artifacts we saw, and funny as well! Clear and communicative about where/when to meet if necessary, very kind overall. Had a great time and learned so much! A bit expensive, but I think it was worth it, based on how many locations we visited and for Kenneth's commentary and tours.

An amazing day!

We saw four amazing sites, including a castle, fort, cathedral and Viking museum all on one day! Our tour guide gave us so much interesting information about Denmark(current and history). We got to see 5 actual Viking ships that they excavated from the sea and preserved and rebuilt them. We got to go on a replica, and saw the work in progress of building more replicas. Amazing day!

Fantastic tour! Our guide, Rene, was amazing—provided so much interesting and engaging information about each of our tour sights plus so much more! We were so glad to have spent the day seeing these great castles, learning and seeing the reconstruction of the Viking ships’ artifacts, and visiting Riskilde Cathedral with so much historic importance. Really appreciate having Rene to guide us through these sights! Highly recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful day out of the City - making several stops - from a church to the Viking Museum to a palace and to a castle. Our guides were informative and fun to be with. The group of nine was small and we all moved well together I particularly loved the castle and palace - both filled with history and beauty Great day out

This is indeed a very full day, but it's a GREAT way to see several interesting places when you are short on time or want to pack in as much as you can. René was passionate, knowledgable and mindful of his group (my mom walks with a cane and he was always thoughtful about her care and ensuring that she also had a good experience). You spend as much time as possible at each site, which we appreciated, and René does a nice job of weaving the connective story between everything you see. I recommend this tour.

Enjoyed the tour immensely. Kenneth was knowledgeable on history and very entertaining. He had things timed to experience activities going on at each venue. My only advice would be to skip lunch (grab something quick?) to allow for more time at Fredricksborg castle … as it is massive. It could help reviewing a map/brochure ahead of touring Fredricksborg to hit highlights.

Really memorable historical tour of medieval, renaissance and early modern Denmark. The Viking ships, the hamlet castle and performance were true highlights. Frederiksborg was wonderful too, and I’d suggest a quick lunch, and focussing your time there on exploring that!
