AVOID THIS COMPANY — unsafe equipment, poor service, and zero accountability. We booked a 24-hour cargo bike rental for our family, including two young kids (ages 4 and 2). The bike itself was in poor condition from the start — parts of it were held together with zip ties, and it was clear it hadn't been properly maintained. The chain fell off repeatedly throughout the ride — not once, but over and over, forcing us to stop and re-thread it each time, which made the bike genuinely difficult and unsafe to keep riding with small children on board. Once we were far from the shop and this became a serious safety issue, we had no choice but to make our way back and end the rental early.
When we asked if we could swap for another cargo bike, we were told there wasn't one available — the only alternative offered was a regular bike, which isn't remotely comparable for a family of four. We ended up with functional use of the bike for roughly 5.5 hours out of the 24 we paid for, about a quarter of the reservation, and asked for a partial refund reflecting that. We were flatly refused, both on-site and later through Viator, even after we submitted photo evidence of the bike's condition.
The service itself was also a problem before we even got on the bike. The staff member had trouble locating our reservation and initially told us it had been cancelled, despite it being fully paid — we had to repeatedly prompt him to actually look into it before he sorted it out. When we returned the bike due to the chain issues, he showed no empathy or interest in helping resolve the situation, which is a pretty low bar for a company in the tourism and hospitality industry.
Unsafe, poorly maintained equipment, no accountability when it fails, and unprofessional service on top of it. Would not recommend.

Dear Viator.
This guests returned bikes after almost 6 hours of use. One of the bikes were damaged during rental. Guests asked foi a refund, but refunds cannot be approved when the bikes have already been used for many hours. Guest signed a legal rental contract with our company but guest are not willing to follow the contract legal by law. And guests did not wish to purchase an insurance for damage during rental. Now our company end up with a damaged bike and a bad review. We will not accept a bad review because a guest will not accept the general terms & cinditions stated BEFORE bikes are rented. Please be kind and delete this completely wrong review.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Quality bikes too! Thank you for all of the additional info to help us and keep us safe on our self-guided journey. We didn’t do the tour but the groups looked super happy.
