Very long day but there was lots to see. The White Temple was a highlight! It was also quite hot, so eating ice cream was a hit. Our guide and driver were very nice, punctual and organized. That said, our guide’s English was limited and our driver was a bit fast/reckless on our return to Chiang Mai. We left at 7am and returned at 9:30pm. Absolutely great (but exhausting) day.

Most of the stops were interesting. It’s a shame the guide didn’t provide more information. The whole day was let down by extremely erratic dangerous driving at high speeds and overtaking multiple cars on blind corners. After three passengers decided they couldn’t risk continuing with this driver and caught a Grab home for the last 90 minutes of the drive, we asked the driver to be more cautious and thankfully he did. A long day which could have been made more enjoyable with a friendlier and bubblier guide and safer driver. Only one bottle of water offered for the entire 14 hr trip.

During the tour, three guests chose to consume beer on the vehicle, and when the tour guide politely asked them to stop, they decided to continue their journey back to Chiang Mai by Grab instead, as they wished to keep drinking until arrival. This decision was made by the guests themselves.
That said, we truly value your feedback and are committed to making meaningful improvements to ensure future guests enjoy a safer, more informative, and more pleasant experience. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.

This was a long day out and was way too rushed. The white temple was very very crowded and we had 45 minutes there so did not get to see all that we wanted to. The black museum we felt was unnecessary and the time allocated would be better used at the white temple. The boat trip was pleasant but you went up and down the river and everyone looked very underwhelmed. The journey back was 3.5 hrs and we were shattered. Not a trip we would recommend I’m sorry to say

A very full (but long) day giving a great whistle stop tour of the Chiang Mai. Area. We enjoyed the White and Blue Temples, the Karen Tribe and the river trip despite appalling weather the whole day, I imagine it would be wonderful on a beautiful day. Lunch was good and our driver felt very safe. Considering what we paid we felt we had very good value.

Athough the sites were good, the driver was extremely aggressive, the guide did not speak very clearly and she was harsh. Not your typical thai hospitality. I will not use this group again. Also the van was quite old which was bad on the rough roads.

Firstly - the tour is absolutely jam packed with things to do - Paula our guide took us to so many places to get everything in - so don't be disappointed if the stops can seem rushed - but from Chaing Mai it's a 4 hour journey there and 4 hours back. We visited - the long neck village, the hot springs, we had lunch. We then went to the white (Very busy), Blue Temples, and the Black Museum. We had a boat ride around the Golden Triangle, and stopped for photos at the view points. Our guide took pictures and sent them to us - would recommend - it is a full 14 hour tour - tiring but worth it

Your from chain mai to Chain rai to visit blue and white temples which were stunning particularly the white temple not to be missed visit to black house museum not to our taste boat trip to see Holden triangle was really enjoyable be warned this trip is 14 hours long with 4 hour return hour which is exhausting but would still recommend

The description of this tour is accurate so be prepared for a fast paced day. There is a lot to see and it is a distance to travel in order to get to various locations. We only had 7 on our transport but I could see if it was a full van, it could be a little uncomfortable. The long neck lady attraction is basically a tourist sales event but to see this culture in real life gives a new perspective. The hot springs is just 2 small fountains in a parking lot of a strip center. The temples, white and blue are visually stunning. The black temple/art colony was very interesting to me. And lastly the boat ride on the Mekong and the Golden Triangle has a deep history, the guide on the boat provides good information on each country that borders the area. It is a long and very full day, we did have lunch between some visits, it was a nice break and the timing at each location was great, in my opinion.

Positives first- the activity is a MUST SEE for anyone interested in soaking the Thai culture. Our guide was well informed. Negatives- being vegetarian we were having a tough time, the journey is almost 550 kms both ways on a minivan that’s almost 13 hours. Carry pack able food. Don’t forget tipping the peole helping you make memories

Great tour to see the White Temple, Blue Temple and Black Museum. Very informative to see the Karen Longneck people too. I liked the pace because the guide would explain what we would see while driving in the van, then we are on our own at the grounds. No need to follow like a herd. Definitely do this tour.

The tour was cool, blue temple was by far my favorite. The van unfortunately was quite old and uncomfortable, especially given how long the drive is. And the deiver was driving quite crazily and it did not make it easy on us (especially the seniors on the tour…). Also unfortunately the guide’s english was quite bad so was not able to get much info.
Karen long neck tribe is very interesting but it was basically a 15 min stop at their shops, felt a bit unethical to take pictures eith them. I assumed there would be something cultural we would do there like learn about them, but not really.

This is an excellent tour. The guide, M&M is an lovely lady who worked very hard to meet the needs of all in the group. It was a long day trip of over 13 hours but went by quickly, with an interesting itinerary. Must have been tiring for the driver with the winding roads, but he did a great job.

I would not recommend this experience. This is not a tour but a driver taking you to a bunch of places. The tour is over 12 hours and you only get lunch. Skip this one. Worst tour ever.

Of the excursions between Chiang Mai and Bangkok this was the best of them...A day full of admiring wonderful places! Note 10 to the White Temple and the Golden Triangle...if you like crochet this is the best place to buy the bags and hats...lindos!!! Our APPLE guide is adorable...her kindness, her explanations...she was 10!

Visita bastante completa. El guía (Peter) estupendo, muy amable. La comida no era una maravilla pero estaba frente al Wat Rong Khun - White Temple.

En la reserva pone que la excursión dura 12 horas de 7 a.m a 7 p.m y no es cierto. La guía nos dijo que terminaba a las 10.40 p.m.. Nos tuvimos que bajar y no hacerla porque llegaba 3 horas y media más tarde de lo contratado.
