Overview

Spend a day volunteering at the Dujiangyan Panda Base, get personal with giant pandas, and help with their rehabilitation. You’ll get to make panda food, help clean the enclosures, and help feed the pandas. Your tour guide will make sure everything is taken care of for you, so you can enjoy your time with the fluffy pandas. Lunch is also included.

Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
Daily quota of 20 volunteers is imposed by the Panda Base, please book in advance

Volunteer Program could be modified based on the health of the pandas
Health certificate and passport copy are required for all passengers
Please book 5 days in advance and provide documents after booking
The age restriction of program is between 12 to 65 years old
Donation to Panda Foundation for panda volunteering is compulsory, please bring cash on the travel date, the money raised from this activity will help the non-profit center to continue its vital research into this endangered species
All activities relating to close contact with giant pandas have been suspended, this tour is for volunteer experience only, visitors could not hold a cub to take photos
