Nick made the experience very enjoyable, he is very flexible, allowed us to manage the time we were in. Hanianand gave us. Learncuides of what we were going to see, he also provided with other options. He is polite and professional. The tour was through, we spent sometime buying first boughatsa since I wan to try them, then we went to to see the site of of an old olive tree that is 4 million years old which was awesome, we were for a couple of hours at Falassarna beach and Nockmensured were treated well. The fina part of the tour was in the old town. It was hard to spend more time in the old town since we needed to be. A o at the cruise. It was a fantastic experience. Kudos to Nick!

Nikos was by far the most amazing tour guide ever! He made our whole trip. He made sure we had snacks drinks and food with us while we were on the beach. He gave us options out of five beaches and let us pick one that we felt more comfortable in. He was very safe and helpful. He let us do what we wanted to do and gave us great tips for food and souvenirs to buy from Greece. He was very personable and made us feel like we belonged there. I would definitely recommend this tour to anybody looking to have a good time in Crete Greece. This was one of our favorite ports because of him.

We had an excellent time on our excursion today. Before I booked this I read all the reviews and let me tell you they were right! George went above and beyond for my family, picking us up 30 min early and adding 2 hrs to our trip. We went to Falassarna beach, enjoyed some relaxing beach time, it was quite windy but we still enjoyed it. The water was beautiful. From there George took us to see the Oldest Olive tree, which says it’s 3000-5000 yrs old. We didn’t pay for an actual tour but George told us about the tree, how they harvest the olives and what happens after. He also told us a bunch about the island itself. From there he took us to an ocean front restaurant that had delicious Greek food. Our last stop was downtown for a little shopping. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. We highly recommend booking with them as you will not be disappointed!

Our driver, George, was very friendly, and gave just the right amount of history and info. Van was clean/comfy/roomy. Falassarna Beach was beautiful and perfect for children to wade in the little protected cove. Rented chairs and umbrella right next to the water for 20euros. Snorkeling equipment was included, but water temp was on the cooler side, so didn’t use. Side trip on the drive back to an ancient olive grove w/ a 3-5 thousand yr old tree was impressive! Loved this little day trip from Chania.

We were the first at the beach, so we were able to select the “best spot”. The beach was very nice and sandy. A little chilly but when the sun 🌞 is up, it was perfect. Our driver/guide, Stefanos also provided us with excellent service. Very punctual and after the beach, he asked if we want to be dropped off at the old port of Chania. He recommended us for a place to eat and boy oh boy, that was an excellent choice and not pricey. Great job!

Falasarna Beach

We had the pleasure of meeting George who took us to Falasarna Beach and shared some fun stories and history along the way! The beach was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect t day! George provided us with snacks and drinks and snorkeling gear. On the way back he brought us to the oldest Olive Tree on Crete. So great to see! Thank you George for a fun day!

This is a private tour for four. Marianna picked us up at the dock in a nice air conditioned van. She drove us to the beautiful beach. We rented 2 chairs with a covering for $30 euros. They have $20 ones also. She made sure we had what we needed then asked what time to pick us up. We stayed two hours. We asked her to take us to an authentic Greek restaurant. It was delicious. We wanted to buy olive oil so she took us to a local market. She offered to take us to the Old harbor or a place where we could shop. The group was ready to get back to the ship. This was a customizable experience. She also was knowledgeable about the local growing of olive trees.

So happy we decided to book this private transfer to Falassarna from Agia Marina. It was very easy to work with Evelyn and George for pick up and drop off. They even provided us with snorkel equipment, plenty of beverages, and helped us reserve a sunbed on the beach. It was a headache free day and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Great beach tour for families with kids

We had a great time in Crete! We were a family of five with one five year old kid….We were outside of the ship half hour earlier than the agreed pick up time and our driver, Philip, was already there. We started the tour right away. Even though this was a beach tour (no tour guide or history facts), our driver asked us what we wanted to do and was able to accommodate our requests, he did not seem rushed at all, was very polite, and answered all the questions we had. He drove us safely to the beautiful Falassarna beach. During the drive, Philip gave us some information about the places we saw…Once we arrived at the beach, he handed us a cooler with water, juices, and snacks. The beach wasn’t crowded and had chairs and umbrellas for rent. There was a restaurant at the beach, it seemed good but we didn’t eat there. One of our requests was to eat at a seafood restaurant and after the beach, Philip drove us to the Apostolis restaurant at Chania Old Harbor. There we had a delicious meal, highly recommend it. Philip gave us some time to walk around town, we decided not to but we really appreciated the offer. He drove us back to the ship with plenty of time. Our family enjoyed this tour very much. Thank you!

Don’t even think about booking this just DO IT!!!!!! Halepa rentals for the WIN!!!!! We had the kindest driver who took us to a gorgeous beach at his recommendation and we were blown away. Seriously this was gorgeous. He drove safely and swiftly through the turns and twists of the roads. Supplies a bag of waters and fruits for us. We also had him take us to the old port to explore. He also drove us back to our ship. This was 10/10 perfect day and would definitely hire this company again when we return to Crete. If you need a driver at all please Halepa you will NOT be disappointed at all!!!

We had a great tour (with GEORGE) and wonderful day, 1st spending a few hours at Falasarna beach, then our driver George drove us to the port town of Chania. We had rented a day bed at Falasarna Beach and had lunch and drinks delivered. Also, we rented wave runners that was a fairly reasonable price of $80 euro for each. Our tour guide provide us some snacks which was so thoughtful. Chania was a great town - we can't wait to come back again. I think Crete was so beautiful and one of my favorite places! You couldn't of asked for a better tour guide - Thank you George!

From the moment we set foot in the van, Giorgios and his wife were super friendly. The drive went by very quickly as we chatted the whole way and they told us about Crete. When we arrived at the beach, they showed us three areas we could choose from (all with their own benefits). In addition, they provided drinks and fruits which came in handy. I would definitely recommend this tour operator to anyone visiting Crete!
