Freddy was a spectacular Guide!! Since it wound up being just our family, he was so thoughtful to pick us up at the hotel. He offered, we didn't have to ask! He was very knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. He took us to all the places on the tour and made sure we saw anything additional we wanted to see. The weather was terrible all day and he had an umbrella for my daughter and I. He also took fabulous pictures of us at all the stops! We were very happy with the tour and especially his service!! Highly recommend.

Rafael our guide contacted us in advance to arrange the meeting point and time for our tour. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited for over one hour on the pick up. The tour was kind enough to come to pick us up even though we are not in the area. I booked the tour in English, but they told me last minute that it's only in Spanish. Luckily my friend speaks Spanish. The breakfast portion was very small and beverage choices were just (super sweet) coffee and orange juice. It got quite warm in the van in the afternoon. The restaurant was nice and cool inside. It was a neighborhood restaurant and I saw plenty of locals there. The lunch was delicious. This is an extremely diverse tour with many different things to see. It is a very. long trip, so please be prepared for a 10-12 hour day. Having said that, it is very relaxing as you are just in the bus with several small stops. Not a ton of history, but just fun stops. It is a great break from the city if you want a break from the sun, beach, and Old City. If you only have 2-3 days in Cartagena, this may not be a priority, though we had 10 days so it was welcomed.
