Great tour. Just confirm drop off

This is a fantastic, fun tour and our guide was terrific and well informed about local history. The cars are quirky and well maintained. Sadly we were just dropped off in the centre of town and made to get a taxi back to our ship, despite have a screenshot from Viator that drop off was at our meeting place. We were blamed of the misunderstanding which left a sour taste to end the tour.

Don’t book with company it’s a scam

I booked this service for my birthday, first activity in columbia. we had hugo as our driver and in the beginning he seemed nice, my friends and i were talking about food we were going to get after tour and he stopped at a place he know so we could eat. Once we got there he started ordering multiple dishes and then told the waiter it was on our tab without asking. Initially i let it go because we appreciated him stopping—tab for only his food and mines was 311,300. definitely was out of budget 1.. then we get back and we are asking about nightlife told him we were going to uber to this place for my birthday. he insisted that it wasn’t safe and offered to drop us off instead of getting a $7 uber. Then once we arrived texted that he was going to wait for us since we weren’t going to be there long again offering. At the conclusion of night he then hits us with a bill of 100USD/hr. It was ridiculous. He said even tho he offered that he told the company we wanted more hours i was so upset. Mind you he barely gave us a tour around and stopped midway to switch out cars last minute, he basically ran the clock on purpose. Had us wait on the street while grabbing a new car in a country we never been before (neighborhood was not safe). NEVER WOULD BOOK AGAIN! Thought he was friendly but really kept trying to run the clock up to charge us more and did this on my birthday he should be ashamed.
