Bring water and try for the earliest option as the sun will be a issue. Also bring small Colombian pesos to keep the sellers out of your face.

The air conditioning was not working, the bus was packed and the guide was not informed that everyone did not speak Spanish. The guide tried his best to give in both languages, but the English speaking people didn’t get much of the information. Would not recommend.

Hello Jimm, I'm sorry that your experience was not the best, this is a collective tour and that is why the guide will always handle both languages since it is only difficult for him to handle only English because there are people who speak two languages and both must understand. On the other hand, I feel that the air conditioning is very hot even though we handle special transportation with very good quality. Cartagena, being part of the coast, is a very hot city, which means that perhaps the air conditioning does not feel very good, even so, we appreciate Your appreciation helps us improve the service

Held Hostage for the 4 hours with high pressure street vendors is not worth $70 usd

We indicated we needed an English tour, it was spanish. ( to be fair a very small portion was in english, but was NOT an English tour) The tour indicates air- conditioning, it was barely there . (bus not as pictured) Did you want the high pressure street vendors approaching you in the bus? (then this is the tour for you!) Towards the end of the drive around the town, we made our excape (finally). Does someone get a cut of the expenditures of the victums? (from the street vendors, or is this economic development?) Requested 1 pm start time, the tour changed it to 2pm. Would not recomend this to anyone!

Hello, the team from the Costa Travel agency greets you, we regret that the experience was not as expected, the activity you contracted is not a private tour, which is why people with different languages go and the guide is obliged to speak Spanish and English so that everyone can understand, as for street vendors it is something that we cannot control since it is external to us. On the other hand, referring to the van, the air conditioning was at its indicated temperature, but Cartagena is characterized by being a hot city, which is why I understand that perhaps you felt very hot.
