Terrible experience with recent booking

Very unfortunate experience with a recent booking. Typically they have been very professional and responsive but in my last booking for a party bus in colombia the operator didn’t show up/did not had any reference to my booking. In a very unprofessional manner they rushed us to a pick up location that according to them was more convenient, we were there on time but the bus didn’t show up so we decided to return to our hotel. I submitted a refund request with viator but it was denied after just one day without further explanation. I chatted to get more details about the denial and the response was that the operator refused the refund. According to viator that’s all they could do for me. I’ll never again book with them again.

Never Picked Up!

I booked this tour for 8pm and was never picked up. The company reached out 5 minutes before the start of the tour telling me that they did not see my reservation until late and offered a 9 pm pick up. Needless to say at 9:40 I was still waiting. I asked for a refund and left. They told me no refund because I was a no show. I waited around my pick up location for 2 hours on the day of my birthday. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Gracias por tu comentario pero la chiva estaba programada a las 9 PM y siempre debe haber un rango de tolerancia por el tráfico y los mismos clientes que se demoran en llegar y ustedes fueron impacientes y se fueron a los 3 minutos de informarles que la chiva ya estaba en el punto Usted realmente no tuvo que esperar la chiva dos horas porque la cita era a las 9 la chiva llegó a las 9:36

Disrespectful experience

The driver never shown up. We're been waiting since 7:30pm until 9:00pm. It was very disrespectful. Viator shouldn't have partnership with Jet Travel. It was a very bad experience. I will not recommend this trip with viator.
