Have never had anything like this tour. After about half an hour waiting for the tour guide, she started to invite people to take the bus from Capri to Anacapri, for 25 euros, bus was overloaded. So we left Capri about 40 minutes late. In Anacapri Rosella, the tour guide instead of providing tour collected the money for the bus ride. When I asked what would be next she yelled, expressing aggression.
The tour supposed to be in English but she talked in different languages without any idea about tour, just self admiration.
The tour was not provided at all.
Waste of money and time, plus to be humiliated.

Our guide was wonderful. Boat trip wasn’t the best. No English narrative. Our guide wasn’t allowed to use the microphone. Another guide used it. Again, no English.. Private tour…not a private boat.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and quite lovely! We were staying in AnaCapri so I booked this trip knowing the boat ride would be first and we would end in AnaCapri but when we arrived that was flipped so it was a lot of up and down for us. Just seemed a lot of extra time was spent waiting. Capri square was lovely and the gardens as well as the boat ride.

We loved Capri and had an excellent time with our guide Marco. We were lucky to have a small group, smaller than normal crowds and beautiful weather. The time in Ana Capri was wonderful. We enjoyed the Villa tour with spectacular views and then had an excellent meal at the suggestion of our guide. The boat tour capped off a perfect day. We would highly recommend.

Very upsetting that due to the ferry cancelation we were not able to get to Capri for this excursion. This company is not sympathetic to this and we lost $160.00 as they report they cannot refund as there was not 24 hour notice. This was out of our control and there was no other way to reach the island from are starting point. I would think that with these circumstances we would have been accommodated. Very dissatisfied with their customer service..

Green grotto and how far we got in and going through the love arch of rock. The guide on the boat was very hard to undersyand. Marco our guide on land was a lot of fun.

The boat ride was amazing. The tour of Capri by bus was a mess! Tour was to have no more than 25 people, we had 37 having to use 2 buses & WAIT for people all afternoon. Tour guide was very informative & fun.

Great option to see the main sights on Capri in one day! I recommend including boat tour to make it the full Capri experience. This is a complicated tour from organisational point of view because it combines Capri, Anacapri, and a boat, particularly with big groups, and Marco did a fantastic job of managing all transfers without delays and securing skip the line option for chairlift, along with being fun and making a great atmosphere. Marco’s English is excellent! Note that chairlift is not included in the price of the tour. Also, this tour is designed to include tourists coming to Capri for a day. I was staying in Capri for three days, so I met with the group coming from Naples at the meeting point in the port. And I did the tour on my first day so exploring further on my own was then much easier!

It was great to tour the island, boat tour was very good.

The tour was beautiful, but we explicitly paid 20 extra euros each for the blue grotto, which never happened, and neither viator nor the providers made any effort to return us this part of the cost.

Our tour guide was nice, but not much touring was trully done. We were mostly on our own hopping from a bus to another bus and a boat.
I guess i was expecting more out of it, but since Capri is so run down by us (TOURISTS that is) I guess not much more one can expect.
If you want to go to Capri, you can do this for much lesser cost and see exactly the same things.

The best part was the chair lift and view at the top. The rest was mostly a cluster. We did not have our own tour bus or boat (which they dont tell you) so you spent a lot of time just standing around in the heat waiting for a bus or boat. Also, the boat tour was fine, but what it doesn't tell you is that it is again not a boat tour just for your group, it is on a big boat with lots of people. On the bright side, the captain was fabulous maneuvering the boat into small places and up close to the rocks.

Had an amazing experience with this tour given by Marco, who seems to be one of the best tour guides on the island. I was a little skeptical at first based on some of the previous reviews; however now I’m very glad we booked it. We were a party of 8, Marco was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, took us around the island while providing very detailed information and even suggested a great restaurant to eat. The boat tour was outstanding, going around islands through some breathtaking views . I would recommend this tour to anyone who wats to have a great time and see amazing views while visiting capri. We will definitely do this tour again! Big thanks to Marco!!!

The tour was correct and we saw everything as advertised. I did not like the attitude of the guide. He started out ok but became more flustered and impatient as the day went by. He even had an argument with a tourist, not part of our group, where the guide was right but his demeanor towards the tourist at fault was off, he could have handled the situation in a better way. Like I said the tour was correct but would have been excellent with a better disposition from the guide.

Pompei are great, our ugode Francesco was very helpful. However, 4 hour drive in a van full of People’s without air condition in a middle of August is unacceptable. Avoid it during summer period

Our guide Marco was the best part of the tour. He is knowledgeable, funny, and speaks five languages! If you’re not afraid of heights I recommend the chair lift in Anacapri. The views are incredible. There is also an amazing gelato place in the main town and a lemon slush stand that were great.

I booked this trip because it included everything I wanted to see in Capri. However I understood that blue lagoon if open we would be taken there. It was open but they didn’t because the wait was too long to enter. The guy on the boat said the next boat will be taken there 1st. I was really disappointed as that’s one of the main things I wanted to see there.
