We had a lot of fun with Ortiz and Vincenzo, the atmosphere was very relaxed, they had a lot of fun and interesting anecdotes about the island. The boat was perfect, very comfortable and with shade for those who wanted some. We stopped to swim in a gorgeous place and they brought out some great snacks and drinks. We couldn’t have loved the tour more!

asked me to reschedule the day before the tour to the next day. I rescheduled and rearranged all my travel plans (€300+) and then they ended up cancelling the service without informing me the night before. I only knew because I reached out asking for details. therefore I had no time to rearrange my travel and get any kind of refund. horrible service and no communication

I'm sorry you were disappointed, but I want to clarify a few things. The tour was cancelled and fully refunded due to unsafe weather conditions — waves of 1.5 to 2 meters and wind gusts reaching 55 km/h.
We understand that you may be adventurous and willing to challenge nature, seeing risk as something negligible.
However, we don't share that approach.
For us, safety always comes first, and we won’t compromise on that.
Our goal is to offer not just a trip, but a great experience, and in those conditions, we couldn’t guarantee either.
Just so you know, we reached out about rescheduling to July 10th on July 8th at 9:16 AM, giving you plenty of time to consider the option.
We hope to welcome you another time, with better weather, so you can truly enjoy what we have to offer.

Amazing experience! The captain and skipper Andrea and Julio were spectacular. The views were jaw dropping accompanied by the flowing drinks and wonderful music. Hands down would do this again.

Our captain and first mate were knowledgeable, welcoming and truly lovely. We had the best time. We saw beautiful grottos, had plenty of time to take photos and swim at different spots. We were supplied free beer and soft drink. Celebrated with Prosecco and a shot of lemoncello.

The BEST experience of our entire trip! We were able to swim a few times in the sea, including through a grotto. Great story telling of the history of Capri, wonderful drinks, and the best hosts. 15/10 recommend THIS tour.

So glad we picked this tour, there were so many to choose from and we picked the perfect one! Vincenzo and Ory were the perfect hosts, very informative and friendly. Beautiful boat and we saw all the sights and got to relax some in the water. I would come back to Capri just to go out with Vicenzo and Ory again!

The boat tour was absolutely incredible. Our captain Marco & his first mate (drawing a blank on his name but he was awesome) were great about pointing out specific sights and giving us some historical & cultural context. They brought out a tray of snacks and drinks and had a great spread for lunch prepared. Some of our best pictures from the tour were taken by our guides which we can't thank them enough for. Would highly recommend and ask for Marco!

A nice experience but a bit overpriced and lacking of content. The staff was very nice and the tour was generous in giving us nice food and the drinks we wanted. We were expecting them to stay at more location, now they took a drive around the islands stopped 3 times to talk about a few locations and then stopped for the last hour and a half at a swimming place. They also left late and ended early.
Still a good experience overall!

Pas sérieux publicité mensongère. J’ai payé 2h pour une prestation et le skipper ne s’est jamais présenté quand j’ai appelé 10 fois le service client personne répondait. J’ai dû appeler la France pour qu’ils appelent. Puis quelqu’un s’est pointé . On à attendu 1h en pleine chaleur pour faire 1h30 de bateau au lieu de 2h, sans les snacks et la plongée avec masque et tuba que j’ai apporté … bref jamais acheter avant !!! Plus jamais je passe par Viator. Je vais demander un dédommagement pour le préjudice subi.

😔 really sorry to read about that Liliana, in Capri, the miss understanding about the meeting point seemed fixed, i see not it is. Let me say i think that to speak of scam it's quite exaggerated and completely out of reality, it is enough to read all other reviews we have. I invite you to revise the tones of your review within a few days. It isn't acceptable for us to be blamed of scam in this way, you're causing damages for hundreds of thousands euro and you're trampling the job of people who dedicates their life to this.
Is acceptable the fact you didn't enjoy the tour and for this you do not recommend it, but is not acceptable you accuse us of scam.
