We REALLY liked our tour guide Yong. Very knowledgeable and accomodating and he took us to places we weren't aware. He also respected our age (77 and 78)

Seeing all the beautiful scenery around Banff with a private tour was great! Bow Falls, Banff, the Hoodoos, and some beautiful lakes were all beautiful

Hovin was an excellent guide. The scenery was hard to describe accurately as it was so beautiful. We enjoyed the hike at Johnston Canyon and the waterfalls. Going through Banf was interesting to experience the vast amount of traffic. The Two Jacks Lake and Minnewanka Lake were very beautiful. It was a wonderful tour and our most unusual new knowledge was the Hoodoos! Thanks again!

Alex made the tour very comfortable and worthwhile for us. He was very friendly, answered all our questions, and was very flexible with our requested spontaneous stops - to view wildlife and grab a coffee at Tim's (of course!). The highlight of the trip was the Gondola ride up Sulphur Mountain, although the visits to the various Lakes were beautiful as well. Personally, I think your company is lucky to have Alex as a tour guide- he is very service oriented and did everything he could to keep us happy on our tour. Thanks for the memories of Banff!!

Apparently we were the only 3 people who booked the tour for the day, so they upgraded us to a private tour in an SUV. Must say that it was a fabulous experience overall! Steve, our tour guide for the day was a very knowledgeable and humble person, who made our trip memorable by sharing his vast knowledge and experience, along with giving us youngsters some valuable life lessons on the way.
We covered many places within a day like the Lower falls at Johnston Canyon, the Sulphur mountain Gondola including hike to the mountain top, the Bow falls, Surprise corner, Cascade of Time gardens and Vermilion lakes.
The time provided at each viewpoint was good enough, but maybe they can increase the time provided for cascade gardens in the future.
Overall it was an experience for the ages. 5/5 Totally recommended.

Our trip was fantastic. Our guide David was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He really made sure we took the best pictures from the best spots and checked out the major areas. Highly recommend him. The Banff gondolas were a fitting adventure added to an excellent tour.

Jerome is the best tour guide to have for this tour. He's very engaging and knowledgeable and helps you get the best photos. It was a very unrushed funfilled day exploring lots of what Banff has to offer with so many stops for viewpoints. Highly recommend this tour.

1) Thoughtful of company to give our family an upgrade to private tour in consideration of our 82yrs old grandma traveling with us.
2) Jerome our guide & driver was EXCELLENT in offering support to grandma along the day trip, personally accompanying her on snow walking trails with care of her mobility & safety.
3) Was helpful that on top of rented crampons, Jerome/company provided trekking sticks for grandma’s ease of mobility.
4) Good coverage of Banff sights for a day tour.
5) Ample bottles of drinking water provided for our group to stay hydrated.
6) Jerome thoughtfully ensured there were bathrooms where we stopped for easy access.
