We had an absolutely fantastic tour of Johnston Canyon, Natural Bridge, Emerald Lake, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake. Every stop was breathtaking, and the itinerary was well planned, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the incredible scenery.
A special thank you to our tour leader and driver, Sam, who truly made the experience exceptional. From start to finish, Sam was professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, sharing a wealth of interesting information about the area’s history, wildlife, and landmarks throughout the day.
What stood out most was Sam’s genuine care and support for every guest. He went above and beyond to assist an elderly member of our group by helping load, assemble, and unload their mobility scooter at each stop. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help ensured everyone could comfortably enjoy the tour without feeling rushed or left behind.
Sam’s excellent organization, safe driving, and warm personality made the day enjoyable, relaxing, and memorable. If you’re considering this tour, I highly recommend it—and if you’re lucky enough to have Sam as your guide, you’re in for an outstanding experience. Thank you for making our visit to the Canadian Rockies so special!
