STAY AWAY! They took my money and didn't come!

The driver never showed up. I sent numerous messages on Whatsapp, tried calling, tried calling from a local number, and reached out to Viator, who also tried calling and emailing. Never heard back. We had a tour booked for the next morning. Now we've had to buy last minute flights and we're not going to get to go to sleep because it's after midnight. Today was my birthday. Not a great birthday present...

Excellent Transfer with a great Driver!

We had an excellent transfer from Cairo to Luxor with our driver Tolba. He made us feel very safe and he is a wonderful driver. The drive is approximately 9 hours including stops along the way for coffee etc. He speaks excellent English and is very accommodating. I would highly recommend him as a driver.
