What a *hit show this was. If you book the cheaper version of this tour for 80 USD "Car+guide", the only thing you will get is a regular taxi from Cairo to the camp. The way it is written is completely untransparent and misleading. I have no clue why this option is even available since without a 4x4 car, you can't do *hit in the park. They didn't mention I would need to pay extra until the very end when they just handed me a phone, and someone was requesting another 50 USD for the drive and lunch. I would have been fine with it if it had been obvious from the beginning, but it wasn't. On top of that, we didn't even visit all the attractions, and that "Qualified Egyptologist Guide" was another driver who couldn't speak English at all. Now these clowns are asking the Viator support bot not just for that 50 USD but for 200, which I consider to be completely pathetic. Stay away from them.

We apologize for you for this misunderstanding but From the begining sit , you booked the option Car& guide . And you have got private limousine car picked you up and you have egyptologist guide in Fayoum . We contacted you at the tour morning confirming on you the booked option " Car+ guide" which means all entry fees and lunch is excluded . They are included in the All inclusive option which you hadn't booked . Secondly , Although you have booked Car& guide option , you refused to pay the entry fees & lunch at the end of thr tour and we payed for you the entry fees and lunch which costs 2300 egyptian pounds .

Carefully, I don't recommend it. The details must be discussed before booking! Unfortunately, there was a small misunderstanding that was revealed during the tour. We did not receive the service as described in the description. We booked this all-inclusive trip because we wanted to go to Qarun, Wadi El-Rayan and Wadi Al-Hitan. Instead, we went straight to Wadi El-Rayan (where the safari tour was probably longer than it should have been) but after lunch we were told that we would be heading back to Cairo. We then indicated that we had also paid for Wadi Al-Hitan, and after a long phone call, they took us there. We had to pay the entrance fee there, which would have been part of the price based on the description. We didn't get to Qarun, Tunis Village and Fayoum Oasis. Our drivers were very patient, they would get 5 stars if there were no misunderstandings with the organization.

We deeply apologize for this dear but there are some misunderstandings I hope to make it clear . Due to very hot weather at this day , We contacted you after lunch and offered you to exchange visiting Wadi Al-Haitan with Dinner Cruise without paying any extra fees if you like . Also , after you wanted to complete the tour , the driver has returned back and you visited Wadi Al-Hitan without paying any fees as it is included in All inclusive option you booked . You have paid extra fees for the Museum of Wadi Al Hitan which isnot mentioned in the description . Also , on your way to Fayoum , you should have seen Qarun Lake. You also visited Tunis Village where you have taken the Safari Car and has lunch there . All this area lies on Fayoum Oasis . Again , I apologize for this .
