Not what we expected

Please note everyone that this tour does NOT include a visit to the Pyramids. It is just a 1h camel ride outside the Giza pyramids enclosure. If you want to see the pyramids, you need to pay the entrance fee yourself or hop on another tour. Unfortunately, the tour description is very misleading in this respect. It talks of an "entrance fee" and "professional guide" which led us to believe that entrance and guided tour of the pyramids was included. In fact, no entrance fee was paid anywhere because we stayed outside in public areas all the time, and the professional guide was actually the camel caretaker (who was very nice by the way). Also the communication with the local tour operator was cumbersome. It took us several call and Whatsapp attempts to finally connect and arrange a pick-up time and place. And then the driver (who was also very nice) still arrived one hour late, at 05:30 instead of 04:30. So we missed the sunrise altogether. Please clarify the tour description accordingly so that future travelers don't have to go through the same misunderstandings and surprises that we had to go through. Once you know what you get, the tour is actually quite OK.
