This was an excellent experience with great views of the city from the Nile River. The shows were excellent and Ali did a wonderful job getting me to/from port and providing very interesting facts about the sites we were passing by.

The entertainment and supper was all inside so most of the experience of being on the Nile was missed. The entertainment was good! It should be advertised that an extra fee may be requested from the driver for being picked up!

The boat does have an outdoor deck, and during the time before the show and in between performances, guests are welcome to enjoy the views from outside. In fact, we noticed you spent some time on the deck and took several beautiful photos during the cruise. We're glad you had that opportunity to enjoy the Nile. Regarding the transportation, we’d like to clarify: You originally booked the tour with hotel pickup included. However, your pickup location was from Cairo Airport (Terminal 3), which normally requires an airport transfer fee of $50. We did not charge you that full amount — only a small fee to cover the airport entry ticket for the car. Additionally, your flight was delayed by one hour, and although our driver waited, we did not charge any extra for the waiting time. The message you received on WhatsApp was from a member of our team just clarifying this, not the driver asking for money directly. We hope this clears up the confusion, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further concerns.

Ali was great. But I must admit that Ali offered an upgrade and we accepted. But one never knows if the vendor just takes the money and takes you to lesser venue, how does one know, you do not.

I had a bad experience a taxi who didn’t know their way which caused me to be late. Still, it was great the company still picked me up and I’m appreciative for f this but not of the boat trip! There is nothing four stars about this tour. More like one star! Terrible with stained seats etc and the boat barely goes around a kilometre away!!!! Just basically goes vvv slowly in a small circle- insane! Not worth it for so many reasons. It would have been better to have missed it.

We would like to clarify a few details regarding your experience: You were coming from the airport to your hotel, and unfortunately, your taxi was delayed, which caused a late arrival at your hotel. Our representative waited for over an hour for you, even though we had contacted you the day before and offered to pick you up directly from the airport at no extra cost, but you declined. Upon your arrival at the hotel, we offered to reschedule your trip for the next day or even cancel it with a full refund, as we understood you were frustrated by the taxi delay. During the boat trip, when you requested a table by the window to enjoy the Nile view, we accommodated your request immediately. Additionally, our company guide was present to assist you throughout the experience. Regarding the boat's route and speed, the cruise sails on the Nile for two hours—one hour in one direction and one hour back to the starting point. No boat can travel to another city within two hours. Lastly, we noticed that you took many pictures during the tour. If you have any proof supporting your claims, please share them with us along with your review. We are always open to constructive feedback and strive to provide the best experience for our guests. Boat operator total Chaos really bad .

I will be very specific as to my details, we are not blaming the Driver, he took as the boat as described , the issue became when we were sit down for dinner by the owner of the boat , we sat down all of a sudden a whole bunch of people with kids and family show up it was a complete chaos, and then we were remove to the bottom flloor, for the belly dancing show we also were not able to pickup our own food, our food was taking down to the bottom floor,and the men dancer shows up wish was nice no complaints on that, the issue is the total chaos of moving us from one place to the other, that was not very nice and not even a apology by the boat operator, the poor driver felt really bad, we are not blaming him ,he even said he would not work anymore with the boat company,

Recommend if in Cairo to enjoy the music and the dance. Organized well by Ali for us, we received pick and drop to enjoy the cruise, it was a 2 hour show , with good great music and dance performance. Value for money.

one of the best nights in Cairo, definitely I recommend this Nile dinner cruise, the show is great we had a very good time, the food also was delicious and variety. but the best part was our Guide Osama Ali. he was in contact with me all the time for 4 days before, explained about the cruise the transfer times and willing to help with all the info. also after the pick up time he help us to find a solution to a small problem and we are very gratefully for that. he is a great guide, have a lot of knowledge about Cairo and makes sure you are treated like a queen. thanks so much to Ali for all your help.

Prise en charge ponctuelle, transport facile jusqu'au Nil. Qualité correcte du buffet et 2 tres beaux numéros sur la piste : danse du ventre et derviche tourneur. On a meme pu un peu danser sur la fin grace à un guide tres à l'ecoute.
