Shows hystory in old fashioned way. Weird we watch the efforts to maintain the afterlife of humans living 3000 years ago, kind of steeling from the death? But surely worth seeing the exhibition! Even with amputated arms, legs or heads it’s great to feel the birth of mankind nearby.

This is a very busy museum. It is best to get a guide outside. Our guide was an older man who was part of some of the dogs. He was great and we enjoyed our visit and learned a lot.

All of the halls were so awesome and informative. We spent 2.5 hours there. It was a a Sunday so it was somewhat crowded especially King Tut's room.

The museum is still a work in progress

i enjoyed viewing the Tut exhibit again-i first saw it in 1991--and many parts of the museum are well organized, but many exhibits remain unlabeled and many labels are quite old. It appears that there is still organizational work to be done, and the new museum may take funds, visitors & attention away from this museum that seems to be seriously in need. It is still well worth visiting!

It eased our program, simple and effective

We got QR code from a tour provider that we bought from Aviator, it eased our operation and, the tour provider contacted me as I got the payment receipt. Then we just show QR code to enter the museum, recommended especially for independent travelers, and backpackers like us.

I do not recommend it.

The company takes a long time to send the ticket. When you buy on the Viator website, the company will still have to send the original ticket. I do not recommend it.

Para mi gusto , tardan bastante en enviar las entradas , y puedes perfectamente comprarlas en la cola del museo , ahorrándose la comisión que a su vez me parece un poco elevada.

Pessima esperienza. Dei due biglietti ricevuti (dopo diversi solleciti) il giorno stesso della visita, una volta arrivati al museo l'amara sorpresa: uno risultava già utilizato. Morale: avevo acquistato da Viator, pagandoli ovviamente di più, per evitare la fila alla biglietteria e invece me la sono dovuta fare. Sconsiglio vivamente l'acquisto di questi biglietti, e consiglio invece l'acquisto direttamente in biglietteria del museo. Se proprio vi volete fare del mare almeno acquistateli con Paypal (a buon intenditore...)
