A wonderful tour of Alexandria, but, if you can go by train!

The tour in alexandria is 5 STAR! The Guide was very good, helpful with a very good knowledge of History and of the sites we visited. She was really nice and made every effort to satisfy our interest and curiosity. The driver that took us from Cairo to Alexandria was also very nice. The problem is that he drives as everyone else in Egypt, at high speed without concern for safety, always a few inches behind the front car, changing the lane without any reason, etc. In the journey from Cairo to Alexandria and back we did not die only because of pure luck. The next day I was told that there is a train that takes around 2 hours to get to Alexandria. That's a much better option as long as Egypt authorities do not take measures to improve the way that drivers behave.
