Beware you are booking this activity with a third party. I had paid for two tickets but when we got there only one was paid for. I had to pay for the other ticket with my own money. The place told us that the issue would be resolved by then but by the time we got back from the boat ride the third party company still hadn’t sent the money. By the time it was resolved hours later I was refunded back less than I had put down. To make matters worse this third part my refunded me the money via PayPal, which charges a separate fee for transfers. This third part my company sucked but the actual boat ride was AWESOME!!!! I would definitely recommend but I would try to book directly, not through these people.

Hello, thank you very much for your comment. We would like to clarify a few points: the charge made was due to a system error during the check-in process. Unfortunately, it was not possible to resolve it at that moment due to the same issue. However, a few hours later, once the system updated, we were able to identify and confirm the error. After that, we offered to process the refund via PayPal, which you accepted at the time without any inconvenience, even confirming it with the phrase “Ok, sounds good.” At no point was any discomfort expressed regarding the refund method. Had that been the case, we would have gladly arranged an alternative, such as issuing the refund directly through your hotel. Our goal is always to provide the best service and resolve any situation promptly. For this reason, we would have appreciated if any concerns or dissatisfaction had been expressed at the time, so we could address them immediately.
