Pickup was a mess but Antonio saved the day

Our hotel had two entrances and the driver went to wrong one. I had confirmed the other the night before Tour was a bit crazy because we had three different groups doing three different boat rides. The activities were rushed but we were lucky to find a good and quick lunch place since we only had 1.5 hours. Glass bottom boat ride was fun though guide was a bit cheesy Overall a fun day for us but maybe too over scheduled for some people

Our driver/guide was very friendly and gave us a nice history of the area. The glass blowing exhibit was interesting. The pearl shop had a short explanation on how cultured pearls are made, the gentleman was fun and informative. Beautiful jewelry in the shop as well.The glass bottom boat ride to the Arch was fun and interesting. Once back to the city circle area we had a chance to have lunch on our own and do a little shopping. The area felt very safe. The tequila tasting was nice, you have to try the flavored ones for sure! Our ride back to the hotels, despite the traffic was wasn’t too long. Everything went very well and I would definitely suggest this tour.

The Worst

It was the worst experience that I ever experienced in over 10 years with Viator. I was left on a bench for 4 hours and never went on a walking tour.

Excellent time on the glass boat to The Arch. Tour/driver guy was great and gave a lot of history of Cabo San Lucas. More time shopping would have been great. One hour was not enough time to visit a lot of local shops. Maybe eliminate at shop at the jewelry shop.

Bad experience

We waited on the lobby and driver never showed up. They called later that driver was there. But they were late. They also sold us 11AM tour. After taking our money on Viator. They called saying 11AM was not available and offered 8:40AM. We lost our money and never went anywhere. You have been warned!

Dear Juan, thank you very much for your comment on TripAdvisor. We are very surprised by your comment. We called you to accomodate your Tour the 1st Time with pick up at 8:40 am or have you the option to cancel, you decided to take the 8:40 am pick up. Our Vehicle got the the Lobby of your Hotel at 8:55 am. We called the number provided on TripAdvisor and spoke to your Travel Agent to advise about the delay, who tried to call you and he got no response. The Travel Agent asked us to rescedule for the following Day, we did so and send another vehicle the following Day at 9:40 am without any extra charge. We called the number provided in your reservation at 9:41 am and have been informed by your Travel Agent that your wife was not feeling well and you Will not be going. Your reservation was Made 1 Day prior to the Tour and that was the reason for bot being able to accomodate your original excursión at the 11:00 am spot. Due to Covid we have reduced capacities and therefore spaces. So to make this clear, we send 2 Vehicles in 2 days, tried to communicate with you the small delay but were unable to because we did not have your Phone number and you did also not call to advise that you would not go the following Day. We provided you 4 spaces that other people could not Buy and you are now upset. We sincerely do not understand. Great tour I have done it a few times the arch is always breathtaking We ate lunch at Joe’s and spent some time shopping I was last here 6 years ago things have really raised in price since my last trip But well worth the tour

The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was easy to understand. I was surprised how close all the locations were to our resort. We could have walked everywhere. I wish we could have because it was hard to view some of the historical spots from our van. We ended up walking back to those spots after the tour was over. We really loved the boat ride. The photographer took great pictures and was also very knowledgeable of the arch and rock formations. The guide suggested a perfect spot for lunch after our tour was over too.
