- Not recommended for travelers with back problems
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Most travelers can participate
- Minimum weight is 140 pounds and maximum weight is 450 pounds whether solo or tandem flight. Actual minimum and maximum weights are determined by the captain according to actual wind/weather conditions.
- Minimum age is 7 years old.
- NOTE: If weather conditions are bad, the Marina Captain closes activity therefore we cannot operate. You will be notified, and we will either re-schedule, or provide a full refund.
- No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is allowed on the tour.
- We suggest comfortable clothing (bathing suits and shorts preferably).
- Sun protection, bio-degradable sunscreen, and a waterproof camera are recommended.
- We are not responsible if you lose your cellphone in the water so you must have your own pouch around your neck to take your own pictures, or you can have our crew take pictures with your phone from the boat.
- This is a popular activity and is subject to availability.
- Passengers not flying must pay $25 per person, but only when we don’t have too many people flying.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 8 travelers

There was a little confusion in finding the dock for the taxi boat, but once we found the dock & got picked up it was a great experience! The guides made sure we were safe, we had plenty of time in the air, and we overall had a great time!

Received a text about 20 minutes before our tour that they had to cancel due to winds. Winds were 10mph at a high that day. Waiting for refund.

Thank you for your review and the activity was canceled by the Captain of the Port (Mexican Navy) and when this happens it is cancelled for all parasailing companies. We cannot go around the Government. We must comply and follow all safety regulations. Unfortunately this is an activity that can get cancelled last minute to wind conditions which is what happened with you. We don’t control the wind and the wind conditions on the marina are not the same as out there in the ocean. SAFETY ALWAYS COMES FIRST WITH US!

This was such a fun parasailing activity! The owner came to greet us and then those taking us on the boat and parasailing were really great. Three of us went up at the same time. We saw marine animals and got water when coming back to the boat. Highly recommend!

Waited on the dock 25 minutes not knowing if the company would show. Advertised as a 15 minute ride in the marketing site on the internet only to be told by the boat captain that it was 10.

No where on the site or listing does it say 15 minute flight. We asked customer to send us a screenshot where it says that and he still hasn’t been able to do so because what he says is NOT true and only wants to hurt our business with this review even though he had a great time and left us a tip. This review is false and misleading. Do not pay attention to this review, please disregard. Don’t let this grumpy bad tempered customer ruin your fun and book with us for an awesome experience! You can see all our 5 star ratings and great reviews left by other customers that did this activity.

The actual parasailing was fun. However, the advertisement says you can go single or double. We specifically asker this when we arrived at the marina, also. When we got in the boat, we were not allowed to go single and was a only allowed to ride double. A couple of people in our group were very disappointed.

Fun time with my daughter. Needed to take a water taxi out to the boat (provided by the operator) then had to switch to the boat that would take you parasailing, so be prepared. Once on the boat the trip was great. Amazing views and very relaxing. Very glad we did it.

Clean boat with no mechanical issues heard or felt. The parachute was in great condition. The rigging and winch were in great condition. The harnesses were snugly fit by the crew and saw no flaws in any of the harnesses on board. The water taxi from the pier to the boat was in good condition. Always felt safe, never felt worried about the equipment. Total excursion time was approx 2 hours. We were the last excursion of the day. Would definitely does this excursion again with this company.

Started a little late, but when we got going it was a blast! My husband and youngest son parasailed while my oldest son and O just went along for the boat ride. Lots of fun and the only complaint was my son wanted to go faster! Lol
