This was an extremely horrible experience. We were unable to do any excursions for four of family members. The communication was horrible. The attitude from the Viator team was horrible. There was no clear communication or direction from who was the driver and where to meet for pick up. There were many excuses and rude communications from team members. On top of this we missed out on over $400 worth of excursions that never happened. Still waiting for our money back no response from anyone.

Please disregard review because reviewer did NOT experience our business, we already advised Viator about this incident. We are sorry to hear Viator did not properly assist you. We didn't even get paid for this tour because it got cancelled and Viator does the charge on your card, we get paid 1 week after customer does the tour. Please clarify your charges with Viator.

Henry was the best guide! We had so much fun, we ride horses here professionally back in the states and he let us gallop and enjoy running on the beach! Truly was such an amazing experience
