The staff was incredibly unfriendly, and the captain lacked basic customer service skills. He seemed more concerned about the safety of the equipment than the well-being of the passengers. He repeatedly emphasized the value of the equipment and mentioned the high volume of daily customers, not masks. They had a photographer whose pics we never saw. And the boat was old n terrible.

Captain did not do a lot of talking or explaining the area. Staff didn’t know beach names and food was lame. Captain would not go off course for whale sighting. That’s what tourists want to see.

This trip was great! We sailed out to the arches for pictures, then We saw whales and fish while snorkeling , the crew was fantastic!! Very kind and FUN. A must do if you’re in Cabo!!

It was an amazing experience! Started off with music (sometimes gets a bit loud) and a really great boat ride. They took photos for us and they turned out amazing! You can tell they know which angles are ideal for us.
We then got to the snorkeling point which was also fun. The water wasn’t super clear but we could see lots of fish around the area. It’s a spot where other boats go to so we were not alone and it felt safe.
After that was the open bar with food like guacamole and mini tuna salad brioche sandwiches.
On the way back to the dock we even saw whales and sea otters!
The vibes were amazing and we thought it was the most exciting thing experienced in the trip.

We always love going on a catamaran and do it every trip. Our experience this time was just okay. The boat bathrooms didn’t have doors, just a curtain and the woman’s toilet didn’t flush. The description of the tour said we’d see a colony of sea lions but that never happened and it wasn’t mentioned why. The snorkeling was probably the worst snorkeling I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t tell anyone not to do this one but I also would say don’t have high expectations.

So weird, 95 % of the reviews said the opposite! We cannot make everybody happy but we always work happy and give our best service!!! Anyways i have a luxury cat for 149usd if you want something really fancy pay a lil bit more!

Fun time; snorkeling was good, not great, but still enjoyable. The stairs going into and out of the water were challenging for some, nothing against the boat but just an FYI before you book. The boat was a fun atmosphere with good music and the lunch they provided was very good after the afternoon in the sun.

We had a wonderful time. Seems like every tour we go on this trip have to make a pit stop at los arcos. Even ones that would have benefited more time at chileno Bay. We loved the snorkeling there so much that we rented a car the next day to go back. DJ was entertaining and plenty of alcohol and non alcohol(water and lemonade) for everyone. Thank you for a fun trip. We still haven't gotten the photos we bought from Karen($25).

Nice boat ride to snorkeling site. Snorkeled about 45 minutes. Only saw about 5 variety of fish but there were so many of them because crew threw fish food out in the water and all the fish swarmed around snorkelers. Freaked a few girls out and they got back in the boat. 😆
All and all I would recommend this excursion. Crew was very attentive and masks were fairly new. 😊

Such a fun boat trip. Not crowded or rushed at all. We enjoyed the music and snorkeling. Would recommend this trip for families. We love the catamaran and sitting on the net in front.
We saw other boats that were way overcrowded. This tour was not too crowded and plenty of room for everyone to sit.

We had found out we were going to be late for our adventure and contacted Tony. He was amazing, he made arrangements to meet us at the boat and ensured we would go snorkeling. We had an incredible time, our guide even snorkeled with us, told us what we were seeing and the best place for snorkeling, there were no others around and made it more enjoyable. Highly recommend Tony and this tour.

It was too cold and windy, only snorkeling was offered (even though we were planning on paddle boarding) people were vultures when the staff brought out the guac and chips.

Had a great trip. It was my first time snorkeling and I had a crew of friends with me - there was enough room on the boat to largely keep to ourselves. Bonus was that we spotted a few whales! The instructions were limited, but really clear and we felt well taken care of. Only downside was out of their control - a few guests on board were really motion sick, which could not have been prevented by the crew but something for people booking the trip to take into account.

My family had the most amazing experience with this tour! Tony is the best! We were coming in off of a cruise ship into Cabo, and we didn’t make it in time for the tour that we booked to leave at 1pm. Tony was in communication with me the entire time. Once we realized we weren’t going to make it, he found another tour operator/friend to take my family out at 2:30. He waited at the port for about an hour for us. He was there when we arrived and took us to we could get some snacks and drinks to bring on this other boat. It ended up being a pontoon boat/private tour for just the 7 of us in my family. It was so much fun. We still got to see all the highlights and do snorkeling. We got to play our music on the boat and request where the boat took us. It was overall an amazing experience. My family and I are so grateful for Tony going out of his way to make our family vacation the best! We all have such great memories from the trip. Highly recommend. If you are coming in on a cruise ship that’s supposed to arrive close to the tour departure time, maybe try contacting Tony directly to see what the options are to avoid the stressful situation. Choose a different company to snorkel with! I would not ever recommend doing a snorkeling tour with this particular company. The crew was rude as soon as we got on the boat, especially the guy who takes the photos. The photographer took 6, maybe 7 photos of us and asked for $50 US dollars! $50! America is expensive but even they don’t ask for $50 for 6-7 pictures. The photos were nice and we wanted to buy them but there was no way we were going to pay that and be able to get back to our hotel. I should also share that we are a Black family. I asked a white lady how much he told her their pictures were and she said he told her it was $35 for the same amount of photos. $15 cheaper than he told us. That’s ridiculous. She didn’t buy her photos either because she said it was too expensive for only a couple of photos.
When we arrived at the snorkeling location the crew was very rude and impatient with all the Black people about the kayak and paddle boards. We did not enjoy the activity with this company. Choose a different one.

Seems like you have a problem with ur own color amigo! We are not racist at all, we are mexicans, we are dark aswell, if you feel like that you should start changing your mind! After being hassled for not having booked the trip after clearly having proof of purchase and ticket on my phone they barely let us get on the boat after arguing for 20 minutes. We then had several rude employees who could really care less if you needed anything or were having a good time. Only not giving this one star because we got to see some whales and the driver got us pretty close. Otherwise go on a different boat. These guys are just in it for the cash grab.

Very disappointed in this trip the captain was very rude did not listen to where the group wanted to go after he gave us choices. This did not compare to the sunset cruise we took.

Had a blast. First the communication leading up to the excursion was great. All my concerns and questions were answered. We were able to even get up close to some whales on our way to the snorkeling area. The day was the highlight of our cruise. The food was really good too.

Had a phone call from the operator, cancelling the trip. I’m still awaiting a refund and confirmation. This trip did not happen… I am still waiting. My suggestion is to avoid this operation at all costs!!
