Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend. Our scheduled pick up time was almost an hour late. Once we got there they told us about another fee after stating the only additional fee was to enter. Also a $1200 hold on your cc to secure possible damages, even if someone hit you. 2 of my friends did ATV tours and never had to secure a cc for insurance. On top of all of that, we never received our pictures.

Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you had so much problems. There are three Riu hotels (Santa Fe, Palace and Baja California) when the booking came through palace was selected and we could not find you until we talked to one of your friends and you were at the baja california not Palace and that is why unfortunately we were late for the pickup. For additional fees it is the park entree fee 20 dolars per person for the owners of the land that is under not included and information sent during the welcome letter as well as the vehicle insurance, it is not mandatory however if not there is a hold on your visa master card just like when you rent a card. Regarding the pictures if you decide to buy them you get them in a usb. Im sorry to hear of all your troubles, if you are ever back in town let me know and I would be glad to provide you a free tour to make sure you guys have a great time. Once again thank you for your comment.
