Anne was THE best tour guide! She is so friendly, kind, and super informative in all the destinations we hit. Everyone in our group really appreciated her as our guide and would 100% recommend this tour and Anne to anyone wanting to do a full day in Busan! The van we traveled in was clean, comfortable, and had the nicest driver as well, who recommended some local restaurants and even made reservations for us. Everyone gave it a two thumbs up, but would give more if we could. :)

This small group tour was an amazing experience for my entire family! Luke is an exceptional tour guide! He is kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond our expectations and made our tour such a memorable experience. We saw all of the beautiful hidden gems that Busan and the surrounding areas have to offer. It was so much fun for our family and we would highly recommend this to family and friends!

It was a lovely day . We were collected in the morning from our hotel.Which very convenient, because it was our first day in Busan. The tour guide Younhee, was a lovely lady with lots of knowledge.We have a wonderful day with a very tasty lunch.

We had an amazing experience exploring Busan! Our tour guide Luke was very helpful and nice. He even showed us a more local spot to see the view of Gamcheon. I knew I wanted to see the popular sites in Busan and this tour covered all of them. Even tough our weather wasn’t the best (very cloudy) I still saw the beauty of this city. Luke was very sweet and talkative, we really enjoyed his company. At the end of the tour, he even recommended us a place to eat at Gukje Market. I really recommend this tour for anyone who wishes to see the incredible beauty of this city.

Lots of stairs.
Mimi was our guide, she was very knowledgeable about the area.
Saw some great things. In some spots it would of been nice to have a bit more time.

Highly recommend this tour and our guide Luke. Good communication beforehand, comfortable transportation, multi-destinations and unexpected surprises. Luke was flexible as some people had dietary restrictions and took us to an amazing restaurant for lunch. He was also engaging w group, very informative and did not rush us. Five stars ⭐️

Great mix of locations to get the essence of Busan and surrounding area. Our guide customized the locations as the day progressed. Luke was engaging and took us to an authentic Korean restaurant for lunch. Highly recommend this your especially if it’s your first time in Busan.

My family scheduled the Busan Highlight tour for August 12 2019. Our tour guide was the knowledgeable, wonderful Dylan ( spelling of his name may be off) Our first tour stop was at the Heaedong Yonggungsa Temple, toward the end of this segment tour my husband suddenly was overcome by the heat and we had to be taken by ambulance to nearest hospital. Dylan rounded up the other family on the tour and came to the hospital to translate questions from medical staff and make sure my family was coping. The compassion, concern and professionalism Dylan showed was so very much appreciated, he even offered to wait until everything was cleared by hospital, but the tour for the other family had been disrupted enough , we wanted them to really enjoy the tour so we declined his offer. Even though we did not experience the entire tour, I still rate it high based on the customer service Dylan provided, regarding his role at the guide and his actions as a concerned human.

Booked the tour thinking it was one of bus tours but turned out to be better - a private tour! Thus, we've had a wonderful time with Ms. Han our tour guide who was very thoughtful, gave us insightful information, drove us around and dropped us off at every site so that we didn't had to walk far. She also booked a really nice restaurant, which we all got to enjoy high quality of Korean food at a premium restaurant. We literally had only one day to spend in Busan and this tour was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended if you short on time.

Our Private Tour with Guide Young. We were able to customize our tour. We spent the whole day looking at the beach, Going on the Cable Car, The temple and the market. We had a fantastic dinner of snow crab, lobsters and Abalone. Young was very gracious and friendly. He took photos for us during the tour. 5 stars for our Guide Young.
