This was a great tour and we really enjoyed all of the sites. Steven was amazing and very patient. He provided information and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend this tour!

I wrote a full review on TripAdvisor. I basically got scammed where they canceled my booking and then asked me to pay in cash for a discount. I was lumped together with a Taiwanese group for their tour. I felt not wanted or included the entire day. The guide was very rude and short with me. Did not appreciate this at all would not recommend.
They were more concerned about getting paid and me not writing a bad review. Not actually giving me a good customer experience.

First of all, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. It is true that the pickup was delayed due to heavy rain and severe traffic congestion. Regarding this, the guide informed you in advance that traffic can be particularly heavy during rainy weather due to the region's mountainous terrain and narrow roads. Nevertheless, we apologize once again for the frustration this caused.
As the guide has to balance both driving and guiding, they had already requested that you wait comfortably indoors and promised to contact you
10 minutes before arrival. Under these circumstances, it would have been
difficult and unsafe for the guide to respond to your continuous messages while driving. After reviewing the message records, the testimonies of the guests who were present and overheard the conversation with the guide, and the dashcam footage, we have confirmed that the pickup was delayed due to a sudden rain shower and traffic congestion. In order to ease your frustration, the guide offered a 20,000 KRW discount, which you voluntarily and willingly accepted. We also have video evidence from Haedong Yonggungsa showing you personally handing cash to the guide
However, the most serious issue during this tour was the unmentionable
verbal abuse and threats you directed toward the guide. We have confirmed these actions through dashcam footage and message records. Other guests who participated in the same tour have also reported this behavior to us.
Under Korean law, such verbal abuse and threatening behavior are serious offenses that cannot be overlooked. In contrast, our records show that the guide remained calm, did not use any profanity, and did their best to assist you. We believe your behavior was the root cause of all the issues throughout the tour.
We will formally submit all our evidence to the agency and request official action regarding this matter Furthermore, upon reviewing the evidence and testimonies from other guests who participated in the tour, we found many of the claims in your review to be contradictory to the facts. We will also be filing a formal objection regarding these points
with the agency In the future, we kindly ask that you express any concerns using language that shows mutual respect. Please understand that verbal abuse or profanity directed toward our staff is strictly unacceptable and will not be tolerated

This tour was absolutely worth it. Steven was a fantastic guide—punctual pickup, excellent communication throughout the day, and a great sense of humor that made the experience even more enjoyable. He shared so much knowledge about Busan and the history behind each stop, which really added depth to the tour. The itinerary was well-rounded, the small-group setting was comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Busan in a meaningful, well-organized way.

This is a great full day tour of Busan. It is a full itinerary and allowed us to see Busan at night, which was amazing. Mason was so energetic and engaging - he made the day very special for us.

Steven was absolutely brilliant! From the moment we met him, he felt more like a friend showing us around than a tour guide. He was warm, funny, and full of great local knowledge — we had such a good laugh throughout the day. Even when the weather turned on us, he stayed upbeat and made sure we didn’t miss a thing.
My daughter and I were so impressed with his photography skills — he went above and beyond to get the perfect shots for everyone. We saw so many beautiful places we’d never have found on our own, and finished the day at a stunning Hanok café with wonderful coffee, teas, and cakes. The perfect ending to a perfect day.
We’ll definitely be booking another tour with Steven the next time we’re in Busan — can’t recommend him highly enough!

Mason was absolutely the best! He brought so much life and energy to the tour with his enthusiasm and positivity. You can tell he really loves what he does. The tour itself was super well planned — all the spots we visited were beautiful and interesting. We never felt rushed, and the whole day just flew by because we were having such a great time.

Steven was great from start to finish. He's a great communicator, really knowledgeable, attentive...
He was able to make the most of a difficult day, as it was a sunny first day of Chuseok, and the roads were packed!
The tour is really thorough. The café is a gem, the forest a dream come true, and the rest was on par.
I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Steven is one of the best guides we have ever had on a trip. His English was excellent, he laughed and joked with us, and he was very cool and casual about the whole day. It was like we were being taken around Busan by a friend showing us the sights. His knowledge of the places we visited was excellent and he told us loads of information about every stop. The temple was a big highlight, but the cafe stop in the middle of the day was beyond expectations - the coffee (black sesame seed - you have to try it!) and dessert was amazing. A really excellent day out. Steven is a superb guide! Six stars!

Steven was a fantastic tour guide. He was knowledgeable And funny and really cared about the group. It was actually the best tour we took in all of south korea. Everyone in the group really liked him as a guide and he went out of his way to accommodate everyone. I feel like We covered most of Busan And I highly suggest this tour for people of all ages. We had elderly people and the youngest was nine years old and all had a great time, Thank you Steven!

Mason Lee, our tour guide was prompt to pick us up at our hotel, fluid in English, and Korean. Is very professional, well groomed, well-mannered, funny young man who served in the Army. He took us to each stop and told us full history. This tour was full day and we had 7 total in his comfortable air-conditoned van. During the ride to each stop, he told us about sights we passed. Our last stop was to see the sun set at a beach front Bar and we had wine (self paid) and relaxed with a cool breeze. Our last stop was back to our hotel, but, we asked Mason for recommendation on eating Kalbi-jim, and he looked it up, and drove us to the place and went inside to tell the Boss that we want a non-spicy Kalbi-jim. Mason Lee is an excellent Tour guide, and I recoomend him to everyone. Next time we visit Busan will be in a year or so and we will definite look him up to treat him to a nice meal! Thank you Mason Lee for an excellent Tour we'll never forget!!

As first-timers in Korea, we are very glad we picked this tour for our stay in Busan!
We were able to see a lot of beautiful and interesting places without feeling that we were being rushed at all. Being taken from a place to another on a van was a really good point to be honest, with the amount of stiff hills that the city has and the heat that we had to endure today we wouldn't have been able to do half of the activities by ourselves. I want to specially thank our guide Steven, who was very communicative and reacheble from the moment that he first contacts you, for his dedication on making sure each person was having a wonderful experience by being an amazing tour guide full of good stories and recommendations (he also goes all the way to take stunning pictures✨). We were lucky to have him by our side😌👏

Had the most amazing time on this tour. We were able to see a lot of the highlights in Busan at a reasonable pace and experience views of the ocean, lifestyle and culture, forest and some great food on this tour. Stephen was an amazing guide - funny, patient, very knowledgeable about the history of the place and helped navigate the tour very easily. Highly recommend this tour for anybody with limited time looking to experience a little bit of everything Busan has to offer.

Visited 2 of the cultural villages, a hike (moderate stress) through a bamboo forest, haeundae beach sky capsule, Haedong temple, and more across the large city of Busan. A good intro to the area. guide is a great guy and good photo taker!

Steven was an excellent guide! He was personable and shared a lot of information. It is super impressive how he can converse and explain everything in English and Chinese (and, I'm assuming, Korean)! He took us to so many places and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the sights and get a taste of Busan's top places to visit. I really enjoyed how much this tour covered, and it was made even better by Steven's guidance. I recommend this tour for anyone who wants a broad experience of Busan!

The tour itinerary in general is quite good, as it brings you to quite a few of the major attractions of Busan without the fuss of trying to figure out public transportation. Steven was a good guide, and I appreciate his enthusiasm and his humour. Although the weather wasn't very clear during the day of the tour, Steven did his best to make the tour experience enjoyable.

We joined the March 18, 2025 city tour of Busan, guided by Steven. Our group of 5 was picked up by a tour bus in front of our hotel at 8am . Steven texted us the night before to confirm reservation time and location via WhatsApp. We had a total of 13 people on the tour and Steven met us at one of the hotel pickup locations.
Our first stop was the Haedunae Blueline Park, where we had the option of free time, riding the Sky Capsule (recommended and popular), or riding the train, along the ocean side. Luckily we arrived before it got busy with other larger groups. Steven got our tickets for us to ride the Sky Capsule and we paid him back in cash. We got some great views and pictures during the ride and got off the Sky Capsule after one stop to meet up with our group to head to our next destination, the Buddhist temple, Haedong Yonggungsa. Steven guided us around the facility. Next stop was lunch at an ocean side restaurant, called Cheongsapo Good Shell Grilled Restaurant, with seafood as their specialty. Steven assisted in putting out a kitchen fire and apologized to the group for any inconvenience - no effect to our group. Afterwards, we went to a Joseon inspired garden cafe called Ha:nok, which had delicious desserts,teas and coffee with a nice presentation. Up next, the Ahopsan forest. Steven guided us through a trail there, where there were no other tourists and a filming location for some popular kdramas! There were some elevation changes and stairs while walking the trail, so not great for those with bad knees. Very scenic and immersive with the bamboo forest along with other species of trees and you can even touch them!
Our tour isn’t even over yet - we went to Gamcheon Cultural Village right before sunset and then drove to another cultural village, Huinnyeoul Culture Village, which is located on Yeongdo Island. We walked along the coast there but didn't stay long due to the chilly wind. We didn't go to Taejongdae which is also on the island. Steven was around if we needed questions but it also allowed for some free time and questions. He was happy to assist us with taking group photos. Our last stop was the Bupyeong Kkangtong Market. Steven showed us some of his favourite/popular stalls and ate with those who bought food to enjoy. Since our hotel was nearby, we departed the group at 6:50pm.
Steven was a friendly and respectful tour guide. He was able to communicate in Japanese, Chinese Mandarin, and English to the tour group. We took this tour on our first day in Busan and do not regret it. It caught most of the highlights we wanted to see across Busan and was a favourite day for many in our group. Steven helped create a lasting impression of this city to us and we enjoyed our time with him and the rest of our group.
