I’m sure the TA has a lot of great guides, however, ours named Arthur, was simply amazing. We booked several months ahead and as we approached the tour date, we questioned some spots we initially wanted to see, once Arthur was assigned to us and looked at what we planned, he advised us what to do on our tour day to maximize our tour. What he recommended was great, the day was perfect and he even took us to an authentic KBBQ place for lunch. He was very attentive to our needs and explained the sites we visited in great detail. If you get Arthur, you will not be disappointed.

Jina was great! We really enjoyed her company as she drove us around to the different sights and gave us tidbits of information. We were never rushed and she allowed us to explore. She recommended a place to eat lunch and she nailed it! Best ginseng chicken ever. She even helped with taking our photos.

We loved our sightseeing tour with Gina, we were able to customize the tour and focus on the places we wanted to explore. We also had a delicious lunch at the market and finished with a really nice coffee. Great day of sightseeing in Busan

Our full day private tour with Peter was very knowledgeable and personable which helps as he's a local. Peter was very prompt in collecting us in our lobby and managed to keep us one step ahead of the crowds , we asked to go to the UN memorial which wasn't on the list but he knew it and was well versed .
He kept us entertained with his own stories of Korea whilst providing valuable information of the sites we toured .
We had an amazing lunch at Jalgachi seafood markets where he took great care with us explaining all the different types of seafood and shared the meal with us too.
Overall a fabulous day out that went by quickly which we will remember forever.
Highly recommend this activity especially if you have limited time in Busan as it's tailored and delivers a high end service.

We had a great tour with Roy. He picked us up at the cruise terminal and drove us around to see 5 sites that we’d chosen. At each he explained the history and significance and we got to see the best parts as it isn’t possible to see everything in this great city in one day. He was accommodating when it came to extra time for shopping and took us to a great bbq place for lunch.
Highly recommended, and definitely worth the early start to get to our first stop at Haedong Yonggungsa Temple before the crowds.

We had the most wonderful day touring Busan with Jake yesterday. He was warm, friendly, informative and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire day. Nothing was too much trouble, and he struck the perfect balance between sharing interesting history and culture while also making the day feel relaxed and enjoyable.
We visited the temple, skywalk, Gamcheon culture village among other spots, and Jake made every stop feel special with his local knowledge and recommendations. He took us to his favourite local downtown Korean restaurant for lunch, and bought us hotteok which we never would have found ourselves and absolutely loved.
He was also an excellent driver and made the whole day seamless, even kindly dropping us directly at the baseball stadium at the end of the tour. We always felt very comfortable and looked after.
Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better guide and would highly recommend Jake to anyone visiting Busan. Thank you for such a memorable day Jake!

We hired Brian through Viator to take us around Busan, South Korea. He picked us up in his car at the port where our ship docked, which was soo conviennent and 1000 times better than a bus tour. We went to Gamcheon village which is extremely worthwhile to see, some sky walks, and the sky capsule. Brian is extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating and fun to spend the day with. Upon my request he also took us to an Olive Young store so I could load up on Korean skin products that are fantastic and a fraction of the cost of USA brands. Brian helped us with anything we needed. Booking a private guide is so worthwhile in Busan, as you really have time for more activities. Don't hesitate to book this tour.

CK was excellent. Communications before we arrived were helpful and reassuring. His commentary on South Korea was very interesting and added a lot to our understanding of Korea. This insight is as important, if not more so, than the venues we visited.
So we had a brief time in Busan but enjoyed it very much. The Korean bbq lunch was also great.

We had a tour of the highlights of Busan, South Korea today. Jake was our driver and tour guide. He did an amazing job! He gave us insights into Busan history and culture. He went above & beyond when we asked him to join us for a traditional Korean meal. He ordered for us & explained everything. It was awesome! He speaks English very well & answered all our questions. I was worried about getting back to the cruise ship on time but it was not an issue at all- even after we added the meal. Jake drove the 3 of us around and we got personal attention to all of the details. I would recommend this tour to anyone and I would give Jake 10 stars if I could.

We had a fantastic day with our guide DK in Busan. Having a driver/guide was such an efficient way to see as much as we could see in 8 hours. DK was very knowledgeable about the area. He guided us around the bamboo forest letting us know which routes were worth skipping. Because of the early morning rain we had the forest almost to ourselves. The wet foliage made the forest really pop with color. Cherry blossums were in full bloom. He took us to a location where we really could see canopys of the trees. Dk was mindful of our time and made sure we got the most out of our day. There was a glitch with the machine to get Korean Won. DK took care of the issue while we were on the sky capsule so we didn't have to worry. All in all it was a great day. We would chose to have DK as our guide any time we visit Busan.

We had two fabulous tours with our guide - CK. He is an excellent communicator, and shared lots of interesting stories and history of the sites and culture of Busan.
We did 2 full day tours of Busan, and they were both well organized and well paced. Our first day we visited the sights on the west side of the city, such as markets, the Gamcheon culture village and UN Memorial cemetery. On the second tour, we visited the east side which included seeing the beautiful Haedong Yonggungsa temple, walking in the bamboo forest, and having a fun ride in the sky capsule.
We also had delicious lunches (at our own cost) at places recommended by CK to try out different Korean foods.
We did lots of walking each day so make sure to wear sturdy shoes.
We really enjoyed our tours with CK, and highly recommend taking these tours!

the weather was very wet/rainy, windy and very cold!
not very pleasant, hence we missed viewing some interesting sights/places.
the tour guide tried her best to give us as much as the weather permits.
her English needs some improvement, very difficult to understand her, however, she tried her best.

Amazing guide today . “Ice Man” was so attentive , adventurous and personable . His English was perfect . He really showed us so much and accommodated some shopping needs as well . Took us to an authentic and delicious Korean bbq lunch . A real treat !

Peter was knowledgeable and kind. We appreciated his historical knowledge of Busan, having grown up here! The weather was rainy and he did his best to direct us to activities with some shelter.
