My husband and I had a wonderful shore excursion thanks to our fantastic tour guide, Irene. She was very helpful, caring, and attentive, making the whole day smooth and enjoyable.
We felt so well looked after that I’ve already planned to book with her again when we return in October.

This was an excellent excursion and a great way to see Busan. Irene picked us up right at the cruise dock, it was a very easy process. She adjusted our itinerary based on our likes. We actually only had one other couple with us on our excursion. We went through the fish market, which is amazing. For lunch, she found the perfect place for us. A place that would have chicken while the other couple went and had a wonderful seafood meal. They were very good with time management and making sure we made it back to the cruise on time and ready for our departure. Irene made sure that we had a wonderful experience.

We spent a wonderful day exploring Busan with Irene. She was kind, thoughtful, and worked hard to make sure our day went smoothly as we visited several of the city’s highlights. We especially appreciated her warm personality and the care she put into making our experience special.

We enjoyed all the places we visited. Our tour guide Irene was very pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable about Busan, South Korea, very accommodating by giving us choices what to eat and what we want to see. My husband and I have mobility problem so we have to stay in the van while everyone walked to the Temple. Our driver let us stay in the van and entertained us by showing a video of the Temple, also, very knowledgeable as he was able to answer all our questions. Very safe driver. We were 10 in our group and we surely had fun. Thank you Irene and to our driver, sorry I can pronounce his name.

This was a great experience and an easy way to see Busan. Irene’s communication was excellent before the excursion and she met us at the cruise terminal. The minivan was very comfortable and the driver was excellent in the public holiday traffic. We had plenty of time at all the stops we had agreed on with an extra stop of a brilliant view of the harbour. We had a delicious lunch at a Korean restaurant and great coffee at a traditional coffee house. Looking back at our photos, we had an amazing experience and really enjoyed Irene’s interesting and helpful company during the day.

Mr. Kim took us to all the highlights of Busan and explained each ones significance. His English is very good. He had a good sense of humor and was very knowledgeable of his town.

Busan is a very large city and to cover the highlights in one day is difficult without a knowledgeable guide like Irene and her great driver. Irene kept us in touch before we arrived and offered good advice. Because we were a small group she was also able to offer flexibility.

Irene created a tour based on our requests. It was a well organized tour. We decided we wanted to see the famous Mosmo coffee roaster at the last minute and she was able to pivot easily. Her driver was exceptional.

Irene was an amazing tour guide nothing was to much trouble. We went to the beach and I saw Busan X the sky and that it had Starbucks the highest in the world and I collect the cups. It wasn’t on the itinerary and it wasn’t open but she organised the day to get us back there to have a look and get my cup. We also saw the skywalk, Haedong Younggung temple great views had a wonderful Korean BBQ for lunch, then the fish markets really interesting, Irene even bought us waffles at a market as we didn’t have any cash on us. The final stop was Gamcheon cultural village which was very interesting. I would definitely recommend Irene as she went out of her way to make the day perfect for us.
