An amazing tour. We took a tour with Viator on 6/22/26 from our cruise line. From the beginning it was smooth pick up. Our guide picked us up right where we depart from our cruise ship. We loved that he some English very well. We saw so many different places. Our favorites were Gamcheon Cultural Village and the Cloud Bridge. Each place has their own unique personality and beauty. Our tour guide Ya Ya was great. He spoke about the history of each site which we truly appreciate. We also enjoyed the private van with AC instead of a full tour bus. Korean food and snacks are also delicious. We would rate this tour 10/10 and would book with them again!

Good pickup & return, knowledgeable guide but some key itinerary points not visited due to time constraints. Less shopping would be good to fit in things like the sky bridge & cable car as priorities

This is a perfect excursion for cruise ship passengers.The limousine coach bus picks you up at the cruise terminal right and delivers you back to the same place guaranteed before the ship sails. We saw four fantastic Busan must-see sites. Our Guide Joe was knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping everybody on schedule so that we were able to see everything he had planned for us.

The guide was very informative.His English was great. He did not stop talking all the time giving us information about the tourist attractions, culture, language and advices. He came with the group to the restaurant and helped us order and pay for the food. He was very respectful and accommodating.

Kang was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful time at Busan. I just wished we had more time for the sky cable car and bus wifi. We had fun in Gamcheon culture village and jagalchi market. Biff square was also fun and we got to visit olive young too. We were picked up on time and arrived on time in both the spots and the terminal.
