We had an amazing time visiting the sights of Busan with our guide Paul. He was very knowledgeable and offered us great advice for our stay in Busan. We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Busan and wanting to see a great deal in just a day.

We had a fantastic day in Busan, we went to a temple, rode the sky capsule and the Air cruise, went to the bamboo forest, walked on a skywalk and had lunch. Our tour guide, Kay, was amazing. She told lots of interesting stories, provided relevant information about the places we left. She went above and beyond running late so we could do all the activities we wanted to. I highly recommend her and the tour.

HyoungHwa was excellent! She provided helpful suggestions on what to see since we had been to Busan before. She's also a foodie so we tried several local delicacies at a local market without other tourists. Super fun day!

Kassy was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and genuine. She made our tour very efficient, suggested lots of photo spots (not for Instagram, for long memories of Busan!) and took a bunch of our family photos - really good. It was our pleasure to be with her today!

Love that the tour operator (Alicia) reached out in advance and provided another list of possible places to go for our itinerary! We had 2 senior citizens in our party so we actually wanted to do less stops and take more time at each of our requested stops. Kassy was our tour guide who was briefed by Alicia as soon as she received our preferred itinerary. Kassy reached out the day before and assisted us in purchasing our tickets and followed our request to not rush the seniors in our party. She even helped take them up and down any stairs they encountered! She also made sure to show us where any elevators were if stairs could be avoided. Also, kudos to our driver for pulling up closer to the curb so that our seniors could better get to the curb! At the end of the trip, we were reluctant to leave Kassy. The 9 hours we had with her flew by too fast. We will definitely book this tour again (and hopefully get Kassy!) if we ever return to Busan!

This was an amazing tour! Our guide, Kassy was not only very knowledgeable but also very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Kassy is passionate about her city, and that really transpired during the tour. She made every stop very interesting for all members of our family (ages from 9 to 80 yrs old!). We absolutely loved our day in Busan and we recommend this tour to any group who would like to see and learn about Busan on a limited time frame.

We had a wonderful time with Kay our private guide in Busan. She was very knowledgeable and accommodating and helped us have a very special experience. Our son wanted to try a lot of unique Korean cuisine and she helped us track down all of it. Her car was very nice and well air-conditioned. It was great to have a local with us who could speak the language, help answer all of our questions, and take our photos! Haedong Yonggungsa Temple was so beautiful, Gamcheon cultural village was such a fun area to explore eat, and shop, And eating with a local at the fish market was amazing! Thank you Kay for such an amazing experience!

We had the absolute best time. Our tour guide Alicia was amazing. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It is the only way to see Busan if you have limited time. Our driver was patient and very good at navigating even the busiest roads. It's the only way to do Busan. Don't go it yourself if you have a limited time or people with limited mobility in your group. We saw so much with the time we had. Thank you for the best trip of our tour!

We enjoyed the fish market. We also went to an excellent restaurant for lunch. Our guide Jeong hwoa Baek (Jenny) was delightful. Very enthusiastic, she took a lot of great pictures of our family at our various stops.

Our guide Minh (Ms Lee) was delightful. She navigated the crowds at Haedong Yonggung Temple including Life of Buddah panels on the main shrine; booked ride on Blue Train at beach; took us to fantastic seafood/barbecue lunch, and guided us through back pathways at Gamcheon Culture Village.

We have done quite a few private Viator tours. This was the best yet! Jones speaks perfect English. He started the day by working with us on an itinerary. Then took us to the places we discussed. He was shockingly knowledgeable about each and every place we went, providing just the right amount of commentary without droning on too long. Very polite. Great day. Highly recommend!

Our guide Bonita was excellent and very enthusiastic. The "local" tour and explanation of the Gamcheon Culture Village district was brilliant followed by the visit to the amazing Haedong Yonggungsa Buddhist temple by the sea and finishing at the Busan tower for an great view point of the city.

My sister and I had the most Amazing day in Busan with our wonderful tour guide Mr Arthur Yun. This was a customised tour and Mr Yun was super organised and made sure we made the most of our time in Busan. It was a stunning day, stunning sights which were made extra special with Mr Yun’s clear explanations and special touches like giving us Korean snack pack to enjoy! The Korean bbq lunch was exquisite and memorable with really lovely staff too. He took us to a couple of extra sites in addition to what we asked for which was super nice. His driving was impeccable. We are so grateful to Mr Yun for making our time in Busan unforgettable. He is also an excellent photographer! We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone going to Busan.

Mina was the best! She was knowledgeable and so friendly. I was traveling with my parents who are in the 80’s. Mina always walked holding my mother’s hand making sure that she was able to see all the sights despite her (my mother’s) inability to walk well. Mina brought us snacks and waters to make us feel at home. She brought us to many sights but did not rush us even though we had to be back on our ship by 230. Mina’s English is perfect. While she is from South Korea she lived in London and the United States so she is easy to understand. Mina is a wonderful host! You will not be disappointed.

Hayden was so great. He really made our time in Busan special. He has an amazing knack of giving you the history of the area, making it interesting, very fun!!!. We booked this tour as an option to the ship’s offering. I needed a non-strenuous manageable trip.
Our lovely smiling guide Lada arrived exactly at 8am as planned,despite the change in the ship’s planned schedule. We had a wonderful trip, took in all the highlights of Buscan, a day delicious authentic Buscan meal i(Bibinbap). It was raining all day but we had an enjoyable time. We felt well looked after by Lada. All our needs for the tour were met.....and lots of pictures from Lada afterwards. The trip of itself was cheaper than the ship’s offering and catered for our individual needs.

Despite the rain and wind, we had a wonderful day seeing the beautiful and modern city of Busan. Our tour guide, Nami, was very professional and personable. She was very enthusiastic and provided a wealth of information regarding the sites and local culture and adapted the tour to our specific wants as we went. We enjoyed a traditional Korean lunch which was fabulous. I would highly recommend this tour!!!!

Today my daughter and I had a tour of Busan. We started in Seoul and travelled south, where we did several excursions. Today in Busan was the best tour we could have imagined. Our guide Arthur (King Arthur) really showed us everything we could and wanted to see. His passion and knowledge have really shown us and made us feel what South Korea and especially Busan is like.
