Highly recommend this tour instead of trying to do the sky capsule tour on your own. Typically I’d tackle on my own, but this way you have comfortable transportation, prime sunset tickets (very hard to get), a delicious meal and local knowledge. Plan on skipping the last stop.

We booked this tour solely because we couldn’t get Sky Capsule tickets on our own. Our main goal was to ride the Sky Capsule at sunset, but the itinerary spent too much time at other unnecessary stops instead of prioritizing the main attraction.
Our group had around 35 people. We were in the second Sky Capsule and barely caught the sunset, while most of the group missed it entirely. For the price of this tour, the schedule should be centered around the Sky Capsule experience, not the extra stops.
If you’re booking this tour specifically to see the sunset from the Sky Capsule, I’d recommend looking for another option.

This was a great tour that helped hit some major must see items on our list. We added Busan to our itinerary at the last moment and could not get tickets for the capsule train. Not only is that included with this tour, but for the coveted sunset time slot! Our guide, Sol, was very communicative and kind. She always seemed to pop up when we were taking pictures and I actually got to be in one with the family. As a mom, IYKYK. Lol. We opted to end the tour at Bay 101 as it went on later than we expected to return. On a Saturday night, this would have been perfect for the drone show drop off. Highly recommend!

This tour wasted our entire day in a poorly planned day. There were no rains but we were told that the itinerary is rescheduled and suddenly the mid itinerary dinner was forced at 6pm, just after 40 mins of the tour. For 1 hour in the most pleasant sunny day time, we kept sitting at a local Korean restaurant(of tour guide’s suggestion apparently and at your own cost) instead of exploring any beach during the day! And half of the people left as they didn’t want to waste time. This eventually led me to either choose between the Sky capsule or the famous Saturday drone show at Gwangalli beach. I chose the capsule as it was the last day of my trip and the drone show was at 8pm. From 5.20pm until 8.15pm we wasted time when eventually I gave up and ended the tour @ 8.45pm at The Bay 101(again 20-25 mins for 1 photo and few cafes).
These people are more focused on either places to shop or restaurants to eat rather than must see places, which they should mention or specify. A POORLY PLANNED ITINERARY, THAT WASTES TIME AND THE DAY.
The Sky capsule experience is a must do - this tour agency only provided the tickets and nothing else happened. No guidance about any of the places, whatsoever.

The tour itinerary was changed without any discussion with the group. Dinner was supposed to our 4th stop but somehow we were asked to take it at the first stop itself which is the starting of the tour. Most of us did not want to eat that early.

We had a great time during the tour we had with Alice. The only thing to keep in mind that if you take day tour in Busan, many stops are the same, including the restaurant to eat . Alice was very helpful and attentive. We had amazing views of night Busan with beautiful skylights and bridges. Highly recommended.

Our guide Charles was really lovely and keen to show off his home town of Busan. The sky sunset capsule ride is a cute fun touristy thing to do. We then went to 5 or 6 other stops during the tour to see the lights of Busan. Personally I found this dragged on a bit. They could cut the Yacht club and the water park out and then it would be perfect. It’s a long night. Would be better to be a bit shorter.

We were picked up at Haeundaue Station and went straight to the Sky Capsule nearby, it was a very pleasant and beautiful experience. Then we went to the Seafood BBQ Street and had dinner there (not included in the price), the restaurant was average but the food was ok. We saw different very nice viewpoints and ended at Gwangalli Beach in time for the saturday 10 pm drone show. The show was spectacular, but we had to come back on our own, it was very hard to get a taxi as it was packed; everyone was using their taxi app and it took us almost an hour to get one.
The schedule for the tour on saturday is badly planned. First there should be a bus specifically fully attributed to the people at the pickup at Haeundae Beach, as we were over 30. Second the tour should end at Gwangalli Beach for everyone, as all of us wanted to see the drone show and go back to our hotel after. And third, there should be a pickup point after the drone show to bring everyone back to their hotel. It could easily be a 5 star tour, but it is not because of this.

What a Wonderful Evening!!! Riding the Sky Capsule (Individual tickets are hard to get.) was a highlight-gliding above the Haeundae coast. Walking the Daritdol Skywalk was a unique way to view both the ocean and the scenery. Watching the clams being prepared at your table in Cheongsapo was entertaining and delicious. The lights were twinkling at Bay 101, Gwangan Bridge, and Bukhang Waterfront Park. Jake, our tour guide, was terrific-friendly, personable, and informative. He’s a great photographer too! I highly recommend this tour. It was a wonderful evening!!!

Our group was hosted by Ellis. The tour was pretty intense and fast moving with so many of us to shepherd around and everything in both English and Chinese. Ellis did amazingly well to keep us all together, checking regularly that everyone was at each point.
We managed to be in the sky capsule at the perfect time and captured amazing sunset scenery as we cruised over the water. Definitely worth going for that alone 👌.
We then went to the observatory which was pretty cool, but also very chilly. We were huddling up together a bit trying to find shelter whilst we waited for the group to finish, so would recommend taking a warm jacket even if it is warm when you start the tour.
Food restaurants near the Blue Line park were average in terms of food offerings. Not my favourite.
Bay 191 is impressive at night. Ellis added to the view with a run down of real estate prices in the area and local life around the marina.
As we did the tour on a Saturday, we were able to end the evening with the spectacular drone show at Gwangali Beach. A memorable evening.

We really enjoyed riding the sky capsule and the beautiful sunset view. That part of the trip was amazing! Our guides Jake and Mina were also very helpful. One thing I would suggest is that the company explore somewhere else to have people dine. The restaurant we were taken to was very overpriced and frankly not that tasty (my husband and I had already done seafood bbq in Busan and paid 60k won total for a huge amount of food, whereas the seafood bbq at this restaurant was 140k won for much less!)

The tour guide was not the best and gave too much time at random stops even though the weather was really bad. By the time we got to the Millac markets they were closed. Even though it was pouring rain the guid gave us 40 mins at each stop which was a complete waste of time as most places are just viewpoints.
The only good thing was the sky capsule which you can easily do on your own without a tour

The sky capsule was the highlight of the trip. It is a 20 min ride with nice views. The rest of the stops didn’t feel that necessary. Bobby Kim did his best to provide a good tour.

The tour group is large but run efficiently. The departure time is right at scheduled time or earlier so don’t be late. The sky capsules were very cool. The restaurant for dinner was okay. The tour on Saturday nights stops at the market for viewing the drone show but if you stop at the drone show you are on your own getting back. The tour hosts could consider staying at the drone show as part of the tour instead of having another stop after that no one visits.

The major reason we booked this was the sunset Sky Capsule ride included in the tour; we could not otherwise get a reservation for the Sky Capsule. The other parts of the tour were mediocre with two mall visits. The free drone show was impressive, but we could have done those on our own at far less expense. The tour guide offered hardly any commentary; mostly, he was counting noses to ensure that the group stayed together. The motorcoach was impressive - clean and modern. I use a rollator/walker and was always trailing the group. The tour guide did assist me in finding a prime viewing location for the drone show and pointing out elevators. The tour just does not have a lot of content.

The guide’s name is Christina and it was poorly planned. The capsule ride was supposedly to be from Mipo to Cheongsapo. However, she said due to difficulty in securing tickets, it would be the other way round which i have no problem with it. We were informed that we have the option to drop off half way for the drone show which is occurring at 8pm. At Cheongsapo, one of the tourist fell down knocking her head on the floor, which the tour guide did not notice but recovered briefly. I asked if we could be given the capsule to ourselves as it was my wife’s birthday (had prove by looking at our passport) which was declined because it was too crowded? What we did not know was that later arriving at Mipo station, we had to retake our bus back to Cheongsapo for dinner. It was 7pm by then, and we were given up to 20 minutes for dinner? It was too rush and following then was a short walking trip to the Daritol bridge. We declined to have dinner and waited elsewhere. The shock came when someone in the group complained of too short a dinner, and thus she decided to lengthen the dinner by 1 more hour. We had to make a decision to cut short the trip as we have tight schedule and already planned to make for the 8pm drone show. It was difficult to catch a taxi and plus we were forced to drop off 10 minutes walk away due to crowded conditions. The tour guide tried to reach out to me and we talked a fair bit, but she was in my words stubborn and insisted that we could still catch the drone show at 10pm which we were reluctant to do so. She kept inviting us back, offering to pick us up for the Millak Market tour but not heeding our needs. I had to politely refuse her recommendations out of pure frustrations. We paid a lot for what was a capsule trip which we still enjoyed a bit. I will never do it with this tour group again. Never.

Great way to use the evening hours to see the sights and get some free time in the day for other activities. Plus traffic is light as the night goes on.
Guide Vincent was excellent in taking care of everyone with clear instructions. Efficient and energetic. Took us to a nice seafood restaurant with good choices and reasonable prices.
All in all a good tour worth the try.

I booked the Sunset Sky Capsule tour for my friends and I in Busan and it ended up being one of the most memorable evenings of my trip. The views from the colorful capsule gliding along the Haeundae coastline during golden hour were absolutely stunning, with the ocean, cliffs, and city lights all coming to life as the sun went down. The whole itinerary was well planned, from the relaxing ride at Blueline Park to the beautiful observatory and night-view spots like The Bay 101 and the beachfront areas, so there was always something gorgeous to see and photograph. Also, all the seafoods we ate were all fresh!
What truly made the tour special was our awesome guide, Jake. He was friendly, organized, and very knowledgeable, sharing interesting stories and local insights about Busan in a way that was easy to understand and fun to listen to. Jake made sure everyone in the group felt taken care of, gave clear instructions at each stop, and even helped us find the best photo spots and food options along the way. You can really feel that he enjoys his job and genuinely wants his guests to have a great time.
I highly recommend this Sunset Sky Capsule tour to anyone visiting Busan, and if you can, definitely request Jake as your guide. It’s a perfect mix of beautiful views, smooth logistics, and warm hospitality—I would happily book this tour again!

We have Song and Jia as our tour guide for the night tour. They were so friendly and always ready to assist, very knowledgeable and make sure that we are comfortable to have a good memories. I really enjoyed the tour even I was alone, met new friends and even share food with. The place they recommended was great. This tour was amazing. Weather was perfect. The sky was clear and we were lucky to see sunset and great view. Our guide Tomi was very friendly and accommodating. We went to the Cheongsapo restaurant, Millac Market and walked a boardwalk by Gwangan Bridge where we waited for the fireworks from 3 boats on the water. Learning of that tour, we booked the boat ride and it had a fun time on the boat with the fireworks culminating the experience.
