We really enjoyed riding the sky capsule and the beautiful sunset view. That part of the trip was amazing! Our guides Jake and Mina were also very helpful. One thing I would suggest is that the company explore somewhere else to have people dine. The restaurant we were taken to was very overpriced and frankly not that tasty (my husband and I had already done seafood bbq in Busan and paid 60k won total for a huge amount of food, whereas the seafood bbq at this restaurant was 140k won for much less!)

The tour guide was not the best and gave too much time at random stops even though the weather was really bad. By the time we got to the Millac markets they were closed. Even though it was pouring rain the guid gave us 40 mins at each stop which was a complete waste of time as most places are just viewpoints.
The only good thing was the sky capsule which you can easily do on your own without a tour

The sky capsule was the highlight of the trip. It is a 20 min ride with nice views. The rest of the stops didn’t feel that necessary. Bobby Kim did his best to provide a good tour.

This was so cool and cute to do! I would definitely do this again, great views and cute cars (capsules) higher up with a great viewing advantage point! All three of us really enjoyed this.

The tour group is large but run efficiently. The departure time is right at scheduled time or earlier so don’t be late. The sky capsules were very cool. The restaurant for dinner was okay. The tour on Saturday nights stops at the market for viewing the drone show but if you stop at the drone show you are on your own getting back. The tour hosts could consider staying at the drone show as part of the tour instead of having another stop after that no one visits.

The major reason we booked this was the sunset Sky Capsule ride included in the tour; we could not otherwise get a reservation for the Sky Capsule. The other parts of the tour were mediocre with two mall visits. The free drone show was impressive, but we could have done those on our own at far less expense. The tour guide offered hardly any commentary; mostly, he was counting noses to ensure that the group stayed together. The motorcoach was impressive - clean and modern. I use a rollator/walker and was always trailing the group. The tour guide did assist me in finding a prime viewing location for the drone show and pointing out elevators. The tour just does not have a lot of content.

The guide’s name is Christina and it was poorly planned. The capsule ride was supposedly to be from Mipo to Cheongsapo. However, she said due to difficulty in securing tickets, it would be the other way round which i have no problem with it. We were informed that we have the option to drop off half way for the drone show which is occurring at 8pm. At Cheongsapo, one of the tourist fell down knocking her head on the floor, which the tour guide did not notice but recovered briefly. I asked if we could be given the capsule to ourselves as it was my wife’s birthday (had prove by looking at our passport) which was declined because it was too crowded? What we did not know was that later arriving at Mipo station, we had to retake our bus back to Cheongsapo for dinner. It was 7pm by then, and we were given up to 20 minutes for dinner? It was too rush and following then was a short walking trip to the Daritol bridge. We declined to have dinner and waited elsewhere. The shock came when someone in the group complained of too short a dinner, and thus she decided to lengthen the dinner by 1 more hour. We had to make a decision to cut short the trip as we have tight schedule and already planned to make for the 8pm drone show. It was difficult to catch a taxi and plus we were forced to drop off 10 minutes walk away due to crowded conditions. The tour guide tried to reach out to me and we talked a fair bit, but she was in my words stubborn and insisted that we could still catch the drone show at 10pm which we were reluctant to do so. She kept inviting us back, offering to pick us up for the Millak Market tour but not heeding our needs. I had to politely refuse her recommendations out of pure frustrations. We paid a lot for what was a capsule trip which we still enjoyed a bit. I will never do it with this tour group again. Never.

This was a great tour. Christina had a great positive energy and kept things going smoothly. The main thing we wanted to do was the sky capsule which was perfect and at a perfect time for the sun setting. Highly recommend

Great way to use the evening hours to see the sights and get some free time in the day for other activities. Plus traffic is light as the night goes on.
Guide Vincent was excellent in taking care of everyone with clear instructions. Efficient and energetic. Took us to a nice seafood restaurant with good choices and reasonable prices.
All in all a good tour worth the try.

I booked the Sunset Sky Capsule tour for my friends and I in Busan and it ended up being one of the most memorable evenings of my trip. The views from the colorful capsule gliding along the Haeundae coastline during golden hour were absolutely stunning, with the ocean, cliffs, and city lights all coming to life as the sun went down. The whole itinerary was well planned, from the relaxing ride at Blueline Park to the beautiful observatory and night-view spots like The Bay 101 and the beachfront areas, so there was always something gorgeous to see and photograph. Also, all the seafoods we ate were all fresh!
What truly made the tour special was our awesome guide, Jake. He was friendly, organized, and very knowledgeable, sharing interesting stories and local insights about Busan in a way that was easy to understand and fun to listen to. Jake made sure everyone in the group felt taken care of, gave clear instructions at each stop, and even helped us find the best photo spots and food options along the way. You can really feel that he enjoys his job and genuinely wants his guests to have a great time.
I highly recommend this Sunset Sky Capsule tour to anyone visiting Busan, and if you can, definitely request Jake as your guide. It’s a perfect mix of beautiful views, smooth logistics, and warm hospitality—I would happily book this tour again!

We have Song and Jia as our tour guide for the night tour. They were so friendly and always ready to assist, very knowledgeable and make sure that we are comfortable to have a good memories. I really enjoyed the tour even I was alone, met new friends and even share food with. The place they recommended was great. This tour was amazing. Weather was perfect. The sky was clear and we were lucky to see sunset and great view. Our guide Tomi was very friendly and accommodating. We went to the Cheongsapo restaurant, Millac Market and walked a boardwalk by Gwangan Bridge where we waited for the fireworks from 3 boats on the water. Learning of that tour, we booked the boat ride and it had a fun time on the boat with the fireworks culminating the experience.

Nice trip around some good views of Busan. There is a lot of time spent on the bus but the stops were worth it. Food was pretty good in the restaurant recommended by Sophie, our enthusiastic and informative guide. A decent trip for the price

Victoria was very organized and patient with all the different languages that were on the tour. She kept everyone together while we navigated the Sky capsule and the glass floor walk. Dinner at her suggestion was amazing. Then off to Bay 101 where by chance we met an actual Kdrama actress and a casting director. We went to Malik Night Market and our tour ended there. Victoria gets 5 stars

Sophie was absolutely wonderful. After a late start due to traffic, she did an outstanding job keeping everyone updated. She kept her cool and kept a smile on her face.
