Extremely professional and helpful! Would definitely use again. Multumesc’ Met us right outside baggage claim and got a luggage cart for us so the trek to the car was very easy.

Very disappointing….sent text updates with our delayed arrival at the airport….no response to several text messages and the driver never showed up. The only thing I can say is the Viator refund was fast. But I didn’t want a refund….I wanted a ride.

After a very long day of involving many stops, we were truly looking forward to being picked up and dropped off at our hotel. After getting through customs and collecting our bags we stepped out into the reception area to see lots of drivers, but known for us. We were not beyond our arrival time, so I dropped a note via Viator asking where our driver was. After following up with several phone calls to the tour company that didn't even allow you to leave a message, I called the number listed under Trip advisor and someone answered, It appeared that knew who I was and why I was calling because they told me (after a hello) that they were trying to find my driver. Then they hung up....i waited 10 minutes and called them back again to be informed that the driver "broke down" and it would be a very long time to get me picked up. I gave an extra star because the person on the phone did offer to cancel the tour and refund my money (which they promptly did). After we had no ride, we struggled with taxi drivers to get us to the hotel (there was 4 of use and lots of bags) because we were many and the taxis are small. It was a rough ending to the trip that had only just begun. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend.

Driver was on time, friendly and picked up the family no problem. Safe driving, and only issue was that they do not drop off at the departure doors, which will require you to do some walking. When i reached out to the company, they responded that they do not drop you off at the door and should you require it, to please notify them. Should be presented more clearly in description, but overall, would use them again.

First I want to safe this company was great with communication in advance. It made our trip worry free like we had a friend waiting for us. Also, we had flight problems and missed our connection. I was able to easily reach them and they changed our reservation and were there for us. So happy to have a professional dependable ride meet us at the airport hassle free and take us to our hotel at almost midnight. As soon as we emerged from security there was our name posted and we were escorted and assisted with our luggage to a clean comfortable vehicle. Well worth $ to be taken to our hotel in a place we have never visited before.

Highly recommend this company. As a single traveling female I was worried about getting taxi in Bucharest, read a lot about scams. This guy had my name written at airport gate, nice and clean Mercedes, excellent driving skills. He talked a bit about history and pointed interesting buildings on a way to hotel. Nearly same price as regular taxi, but VIP treatment all the way. Couldn’t be happier!

He took my bag and showed us to the car. just after starting our journey he looked through the radio stations to find an English speaking one as we are from Australia. This was a really lovely touch.

Our guide Florin was knowledgeable, interesting, and kind. Circumstances meant we had to have a substitution and it turned out to be one we liked better anyway. This great tour gave us our bearings on the first day to be able to find our way around the city on our own. My knowledge of Romanian history is now expanded.

Even though we arrived late (plane was a bit late but luggage was lost and it took 45 min to complete the paperwork for finding it), our driver was still waiting -- what a relief! And the process once we got together was very smooth and we got to our hotel with no problems. Our driver was friendly and gave us a brief description of the sights we were passing. All in all, just what we needed after a long flight.
