we were very disappointed with this tour because of many reasons 1. the reservation stated: Private transportation - Comfortable minibus, with air conditioned. Instead we were packed in a huge bus with MANY people 2. Pickup point - Reservation listed the name of our hotel. Further the reservation clearly stated that they could pick us up at our hotel. Instead we needed to walk to a central location and look for the bus. The departure time was changed because they combined many groups into one very large group. While the sites are very worthy of visiting, the organization of the tour left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend that organizer

A wonder filled day with plenty of surprises

Be prepared for a surprising day. For instance you may think you’re starting at 8 but discover it’s a relative 9:30 which occurs in Bucharest at 9:50. But what’s a little delay when you have all day. And don’t expect to tour every site just because it’s on the list. Things happen in this world and we just have to skip things. But don’t worry we’ll still keep your full price

Can’t recommend this. Our guide and the one at the mansion were hard to hear and not that easy to understand. Microphones would help. Our guide would start talking before the group had even all gathered at each point. The group was big, filling an entire bus, and our guide barked at one couple because they took too long in the bathroom. There was a line at the bathroom, so we didn’t have much control. He was a bit surly and seemed annoyed much of the time. They made money on the tickets, too, overcharging for each place. Each site was worth seeing, but do it on your own and save money, or look for a different, smaller tour group.
