Tom was entertaining and engaging. Was a bit concerned that he cursed a few times when we had young children with us. He kept a good pace and the tour was informative.

Tom was incredibly welcoming, funny, and very knowledgeable. His enthusiasm for history made the tour both informative and enjoyable. He also shared great tips and recommendations on places to visit and where to eat, which was really helpful. I would definitely recommend doing this tour on your first day, its a perfect introduction to the city.

They canceled because there was only 3 people. I wasted 30 minutes waiting to make sure I was on time then another 15 to see if more would join. Wasted too much time for it to be cancelled. Guide was nice to offer recommendations

Tom was a super guide who gave us so much information about Brussels. This included historical facts, myths ,architecture and fun facts like where to get the best fritters or waffles! It was a great introduction to our time in Brussels giving us a comprehensive overview and helped us to orientate ourselves in a new city.
Tom was very helpful typing info into peoples phones and generous with his time.

This is a good walking tour to get acquainted to the old town part of Brussels. We did not seem to walk very far on this tour, but learned a lot about the history of Brussels. Adelin knew a lot about Brussels and the history. I think we all felt that we would have changed the balance between the depth of the information at each location and the number of locations to visit. He gave a lot of information at the location and probably spent too much time at a few where we could have just spent a few minutes. This would have allowed us to see more as we ran out of time.

This tour is good but the best insight was given when the tour guide was talking from personal experience! Highly recommend asking questions. This tour covers the major parts of the city center and gives great context and recommendations for the rest of your stay

Tom was one of the most enjoyable tourguides on our entire trip. Quinton was very good. He gave great recommendations and history. It is a long walk and the last part is up the hill so if you have problems walking I suggest only doing the first part of the tour.

I waited over 30 minutes for the guide to show up and no one ever did. No description of who I was meeting was provided and no one responded to messages. I wouldn’t recommend this tour at all! They took my money and didn’t provide the service I paid for.

Conor has extensive knowledge about Belgian history and gave out lots of referred places to eat and drink. I wouldn't recommend this to older adults and kids younger than 13. It is alot of walking. My older aunt and mom had to catch up a few times.

We send a message on Viator to verify the tour guide details. When we reached there no tour guide. All other guides were there with their umbrellas. Our guide did not have his umbrella open. I had to message the Viator chat agent back and forth and finally they told us Quinton is there holding a yellow umbrella that has ambassador written on it. True enough he was there but with closer umbrella. I just had to go and ask him if it was fine and he said yes. Truly bad experience and we skipped the entire tour half wa

This is a great first day tour to do if you’re trying to first familiarize yourself with Brussels. The city was absolutely gorgeous and the cites we saw were absolutely fabulous. Tristan, our tour guide, was an absolute gem! I recommend anyone going on this tour to specifically go with him. He rocks and tells pretty good dad jokes! Since it’s a free tour, please be sure to tip your tour guide well. They deserve it!

Great tour and wonderful recommendations for other things to do in the city (food, bars, etc). Our guide, Pascal, was super knowledgeable and very excited to talk about Brussels/Belgian history, and the pace of the tour and what we saw was very good. Being a free tour and all makes it even better, so tip your guide!
