We loved Guiomar. She arranged to meet us at our hotel, and was very engaging. Awesome knowledge of the city and tailored the tour to our interests. Ask her to bring Tom with her.

It was a very complete tour based on our expectations and desires. Emmanuel customized our tour, we were able to see almost all Brussels landmarks and even enjoy waffles and a Belgian beer. It was a very enjoyable experience

We had a wonderful tour with our guide Daniel. We asked him to take us away from the touristy city center, which he did. We were able to see some sites and some of the other districts around Brussels itself. He took us to a beautiful Abby and park. He walked us through some of the more modern districts in Brussels. The best part was all the information he shared about the people, culture and politics of Brussels. It was interesting to hear about what Brussels is trying to do as a city that hosts, NATO and the European Union, to be examples to other cities and people who come to visit Brussels. He also gave us many excellent restaurant and site recommendations that we followed up on afterwards, and really enjoyed.

She was very enthusiastic about Brussels & Belgium.
Everyone sees the little peeing boy... however she also showed us the little peeing girl!
She definitely read & followed our requested list of includes & excludes.
It was a full 2hr tour & we saw LOTS! She included places to eat once we told her what we wanted. And took us by the restaurants so we could see them & exact location.
She provided choc shop recommendations too.
After hearing that we were doing a daytrip to Brugge she even provided a couple referrals there.

Rahim was an excellent guide! He ensured that I hit all the major sites in my short time in Brussels. He was very flexible and knowledgeable. I was expressed that is was important to me to have an authentic Belgian waffle and chocolates and he made sure to incorporate those stops within my tour. And his English was great! Thanks, Rahim!

Jacques was an outstanding guide who taught us so much about the rich history of Brussels. We enjoyed the time touring different neighborhoods and seeing residential areas as well as historic buildings. He also provided us with local food and shopping recommendations, and was a gracious host. We would highly recommend this tour with this guide!

David was a very fun tour guide. Tons of info, but not buried in details. He picked us up from our hotel door for this walking private tour.
We let him completely take the reigns and guide every step. We covered a huge loop of Brussels, and explored history, architecture. Loved this. Absolutely worth it. We would have never learned and saw so much without David’s guidance. Thank you!

Our guide David, a super nice gentleman was from Spain which seems odd and so not so local since i was in Belgium. i’ve lived in Atlanta 30 years and im barely considered a local.
additionally his english was poor, which is not great for a tour booked with an english speaking guide.
where were the secret gardens, hidden architectural gems or unique boutiques selling belgian linens…? or really anything a “local” would have revealed. we kinda randomly walked around.
i blame Viator, the “free agent tour companies” they book used to be so mush better vetted and informed then now.
a better title for the tour would be “we can walk around and i’ll make sure you don’t get lost” tour.

We came for a day from Amsterdam and Guiomar made our day so worth while. She was very accommodating with our departure location and so informative about Brussels. We were able to see the highlights of the city and enjoy a wonderful lunch! Ask for Guiomar especially if you need a tour in Spanish, although she speaks 4 other languages.

My husband and I had a great time. Via was an amazing guide. She was also very informative about the history and took us to all the hotspots and hidden gems. We even tried a local snack called spectaculoos. If you ever get a tour with Via, you will fall in love with the city.

If I could give this more stars I would. David S met us at our hotel. After we told him where we had been the previous day he was able to adjust his plans and take us to different places. He was knowledgeable, good humored, well spoken, motivated and attentive to what we wanted. He paced the walking to our needs. We never would have seen the places he showed us on our own. Very comfortable tour. He even gave me suggestions for places in Amsterdam. Highly recommend this tour, and David S.
