The tours were about an hour long at each city and they were very informative! Lots of history and stories. We also had a little over an hour to ourselves to explore as well t each place. It was a nice balance. I would have loved a bit more time in Ghent though.

A comfortable and succinct way to explore 2 of Belgium's major cities in one day. A walking tour in each city spanning 1 hour was included in each city that really brought the unique history of each region to life. They were not scared of being open and honest of terrible truths, which was greatly appreciated. Few recommendations were provided on highlights to explore in our free time or local delicacies/ food we should look out for in each city; a little more guidance in these areas would have been great. But I am very happy with the amount of learning and culture we were able to pick up in 1 day of travelling. The guides were very considerate and the long travel was organised superbly.

Spending half day in both Antwerp and Ghent was great plan. Ghent is beautiful town. However seemed like many places were closed during time of the tour. Believe that may be since Ghent is a large student town so local spots open later and cater to them and not us tourists. Just an observation. Still enjoyed the trip. Plenty of activity if stick to the main tourist section.

Tour guide Diego was FANTASTIC; however, the tour is half English/half Spanish. The Spanish participants speak while the English guide is giving directions and English participants speak while the Spanish guide is speaking (it's horrible, you get nothing out of it). The company couldn't be more of a joke either. The tour bus was frozen by POLICE in Antwerp for 3 hours due to unpaid tickets and I was forced to wander aimlessly until resolved and everything in Ghent closed by the time we got there. Missed dinner reservations in Brussels due to this and the company refused to offer even a partial refund. Find a different tour operator - I should've taken past reviews more seriously. Buendia - do better and pay your traffic tickets!!!

We had a great time visiting the Atomium, Antwerp and Ghent with Diego and Eduardo. Our guides were friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable about the three stops and took care to ensure our comfort during the trip (e.g., they would find shaded spots to gather when they had to describe the history of a particular place, they provided recommendations for what we could do after the end of our trip). We would definitely recommend this trip to others.

We had an excellent guide, Julianna. Both cities were really interesting but there was too little free time. 90 minutes free time isn’t even enough to go get dinner and be sure you have time to walk back to the meeting point. Would ideally have done these two cities in separate trips but there was no tour that did this.

The Ghent/Brugge trip is worth the experience! Keolis bus tours have excellent tour guides. Nico who was my tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and full of upbeat energy speaking in both English and French. I encourage everyone to see the beauty and rich history of these two cities. It's worth the investment.

Need to have bathroom breaks after long ride at cleaner facilities
Free time was too short to do anything meaningful so spent time wandering around. Prefer less free time especially at the end

I must say that I did not expect that these two cities will be that amazing, so the trip were very nice and well organized, Paolo our tour guide were very knowledgeable and manged the trip timing very well. I certainly needs to go these two cities again and maybe separate visit to each of them and I recommend this trip for anyone who did not visit these two cities before.

A well-managed and enjoyable day trip! The tour was efficiently organised, with a good balance of guided exploration and free time in both Antwerp and Ghent.
The group included both English and Spanish speakers, and we travelled together in the same coach. However, each language group had its own guide, which worked very well. Both guides were knowledgeable, engaging, and attentive to the group’s needs.
The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, covering key highlights without feeling rushed. The photo stop at the Atomium was a nice touch to begin the day.
Overall, everything ran smoothly – from the transport to the timing of visits. A great way to explore two beautiful Belgian cities in one day. Highly recommended!

It was a very long and difficult day for people over 80 years of age.
Mixed in with much younger people, it was hard to keep up. Also our guides command of English was good but we did not hear a lot of what she said and we missed at least 50% of the information. I would recommend the deployment of a system where the guide can communicate through an audio system with ear phones for everyone in the group as we have had with many other tours. The communication was extremely poor at the very best. A very unfortunate experience with what we expected was a sophisticated tour operator.

Disorganized. Ended up with English and Spanish speaking groups on one bus. Mediocre English of the guide. Multiple wrong factual info about the sites. Confrontational and rude driver that threw away items left on the bus during stops. Mostly free time, so you are on your own. Not recommended.

Great experience of exploring teo cities in one day. Our guide Julien was excellent, bringing a lot of energy to the tour and making us laugh a good bit. It did rain, which is quite common, so pack an umbrella. Overall, worth the value.
