Do not book with this company, I booked MONTHS in advance and they cancel our trip at 9:50 pm the night before the tour. Expecting us to reschedule for another day. These people need to understand we travel all the way from another continent to see these places and have everything scheduled and cannot accommodate to THEIR times.

Our tour guide Diego was amazing! He was a great host for us. Nothing negative to say about him and would highly recommend him. Just know that there are different tour guides as you will see different names in the reviews. I recommend messaging the tour operator / owner to see if you will have him or someone else in advance of the tour.

What an exceptional day! Our guide, Gavliud, was thoughtful, attentive, informative and VERY accommodating (we even saw Atomium!). His skill as a photographer/videographer was a BONUS! Deeply appreciated the hotel pick-up/drop-off. You definitely need a full day to see Bruges alone, but if you only have one day, this trip is well worth the $.

Mackie was excellent driver and very nice guide. Bruges was more touristy than expected but Ghent was surprisingly beautiful and less crowded. Boat trip in Ghent was great. I would have liked a more in depth knowledge of each place.

This tour group canceled at the last minute. We booked this tour well in advance and were planning it in our itinerary. This was a big disappointment and set our trip off course. There was no advance notice, reason for the cancellation, or apology. Be aware of this tour company. They do not operate in good faith and are not a good business. Stay far away.

Seul le chauffeur s'est présenté. La guide ne s'est pas présenté et était la seule à parler en français, nous n'avons pas pu avoir comme prévu l'histoire de la région lors du transport. Un guide de remplacement nous attendais à Bruges, toutefois il a été très expéditif, à peine le temps de prendre des photos, la visite devait durer 3 heures, mais n'a duré que 2 heures, car il a avait un rdv pour déjeuner avec une amie. Arrivé à Gand, la guide ne s'est toujours pas présenté, même si je lui ai laissé un message sur sa boite vocale, aucun retour d'appel, aucun guide. Le chauffeur bien que super gentil n'a pas été en mesure de jouer ce rôle, il ne parle qu'anglais. Pour le prix ça ne vaut pas la peine, je compte faire plainte et demander un certain remboursement. P.S. nous n'avons d'ailleurs fait aucune dégustation de bière, chocolat et gaufre comme prévu.
