The guide never showed. He texted the day before saying he was canceling the tour because he was "busy". He promised to give us the names of some restaurants and places we could visit ourselves. He didn't even do that.

Thank you for your feedback. We believe there was a misunderstanding regarding the guide’s message. He did not mean that he was simply "busy." Unfortunately, as this was a very last-minute booking, there was not enough time to properly organize such a sophisticated and logistically demanding tour. We did try to offer alternative arrangements and different scheduling options, but they were not suitable for the guests. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused and apologize that we were unable to find a solution that worked for everyone.
