I had a wonderful time at the waffle workshop! It was both fun and delicious, and they even let us take home everything we baked.
We started by learning about the history of waffles, then went through the ingredients and the cooking steps before baking together. On the table, there was a great variety of toppings to choose from — banana, chocolate, honey, peanut butter, cream, and different kinds of jam.
Our instructor, Chau, was very kind and friendly. She even gave me a special gluten-free recipe and helpful tips on how to make it work at home.
Overall, it was a lovely experience and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn, bake, and enjoy amazing waffles!

This class is a must in Belgium. Our waffles turned out great too. Its a good to do this class in the morning if you like waffles for breakfast. Lol
I wouldn’t bother! For the price, it’s not worth it. Bought two tickets and when we got there they told us we were in teams so shared a bowl to make the waffles and took turns like children. It was suppose to run from 2-3.30, so an hour and a half. They started at 2.10, showed us a video on the history of waffles and by 2.40 we had made the waffles and were told once we’d eaten them we were free to go or stay.
American waffles! These waffles are not Belgian or Bruges waffles. They are not the ones made with yeast dough and not the super light crispy ones either. Honestly they are American waffles. I did get a recipe for the dough ones but, this workshop did not teach me what I came to learn. It was enjoyable, and the person who helped us was very nice, but I can not recommend this class at all.
Super fun, our daughters attended (late teenage and they had a great time! Would certainly recommend for families, friends, couples.
I had a wonderful time at the Brussels waffle-making class! The instructor was friendly and helpful throughout, making sure everyone felt comfortable and confident with the technique — from mixing the batter to getting that perfect crisp-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside texture.
One of my favorite parts was the huge selection of toppings available to experiment with. It was so much fun mixing and matching different combinations, and I picked up a ton of great ingredient ideas that I can't wait to try at home.
This class was a great mix of hands-on learning and pure indulgence. I left with new skills, a stomach full of delicious waffles, and lots of inspiration for topping combos to recreate in my own kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone who loves waffles and wants a fun, tasty way to spend a morning!
It was definitely overbooked. I felt like I overpaid for what I got. I ended up being forced to work alongside someone else. And I was traveling alone and paid to work alone. Like sure it’s ok to meet people and the person I worked with was sweet but that’s not the point I didn’t get my moneys worth.
This was a walk of 16 mins from centre in a quiet area. Lovely guy who ran the group. Was a very busy class with a number of children. Waffles were nice. Some fresh fruit would have been nice. A low stress activity. Great for children. Wasn’t fit for all the waffles
Limited room while cooking waffles. If there are lots of kids they tend to crowd the cooking machines. It was too warm and the fan needs to be on more. That said it’s a good family activity though there is no fruit…..just much sticky sauces

Fantastic experience. Isabelle was really cheerful and fun. We made delicious waffles and had a huge choice of toppings. Didn't need lunch for sure! Highly recommend this place.

With Juliette the waffle class was amazing, well explained and getting the receipee at the end enjoying as much as we want, the venue was also confortable and well placed.
The experience was amazing. Mariam was great storyteller about the origins of waffles and the different types. My husband and I made 8 and we ate 4. We defo recommend for families, friends and couples.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly. The waffle recipe is super simple and takes just a few minutes to prepare. I’d hope we could’ve learned more types of waffles (including the liege style that are so popular around the city). Basically you spend a few minutes making the batter and the rest of the time cooking and topping them with whatever you want. I enjoyed socializing with everyone in the class and eating the waffles but didn’t learn as much as I’d hoped to.
The class was fantastic, it provided a great mix of learning about waffles and making them. Eating the waffles you made is of course the best part. Our instructor was kind and patient and made the experience very enjoyable. An absolute must do if you have time in Brussels.
Overall a good experience. It really is all you can eat (and way more! You can bring home all the waffles you don’t make). The recipe is very simple but I didn’t expect it to be complicated given the class is fairly short. The flavour of the waffles was awesome!
We booked for 3 people and were initially directed to share one set up between the 3 of us. This was really unfair considering I paid for all 3 people and everyone who attended as an individual got their own set up.
They did set up a second station for us so that we ended up sharing 2 between the 3 of us and that worked out okay but still not what we paid for.
Overall a good experience and something a big different to do in Brussels - especially good with teenagers but be cautious if your expectations when booking in a group.

So I was traveling toBruges and looking for a waffle tour. I booked this tour last minute while standing on the deck to catch a train and I didn’t have my glasses on. Well, the next morning I woke went onto my phone to see where to meet for the waffle tour and discovered I’d booked it in the wrong city of Belgium. The meeting spot was an hour away in Brussels. Realizing my mistake, I texted the vendor canceling my reservation. I then contacted viator. Long story short, I lost my $ as neither company would refund. I have used Viator for years all over the world and felt they were a great company. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know. I will certainly not make a last minute reservation again. I had made the reservation less than 24 hours before the event. They would not reimburse saying they had already set things up for us. Read carefully before booking

Super fun, family friendly waffle making class! Ana was a fabulous hostess and made everything easy for our kids to make their own waffle batter and cook their own waffles. Would highly recommend!
Knowledgeable host, fun activity with friends. Only drawback is lack of drinks to go along with the waffles. The drinks were available but you need to go and ask for them. Would been more efficient if host(s) would be more on top of giving them to the participants who are busy cooking waffles. Overall, a great experience.
